Great fitness coach! Worked with Chandler to improve my form and build up my weights. I was stagnant with my schedule but he worked with me to develop a plan to fit in with what I could do and my lifts improved dramatically, especially my bench where I’m weakest. With Chandler’s help and training plan, I have been able to get stronger and lift heavy weights that I never thought was possible for me. My lower body was weaker than my upper body but with Chandler’s help, my legs are strong enough now that I was able to participate and finish my first ever marathon!!! Chandler is also very knowledgeable and can help adjust training plans based on your needs and wants. Sessions with Chandler are always good sessions and good times even on hard days! I met chandler over 3 years ago. After Bilateral meniscus repair I had been sedentary for about ten months. Fear of messing up the knees.
After an evaluation, Chandler came up with a plan. Keep in mind I have Arthritis in my hands, knees, shoulders and back.
He is patient and kind. A Great Christian trainer. He is extremely knowledgeable. He mixes our routines up so we don't get bored. have made amazing progress. I'm not as strong as I was In My 20s but I'm getting close. Not bad for an old man. My advice is to give him a try you have nothing to lose and lots to gain.

It is great training with Chandler. I started out not sure I would ever lift a bar and slowly progressed to be strong and healthy. Can lift heavier than I ever expected and can be more active. Have been working with him multiple years now. When I encounter challenges he helps me navigate, keeps me moving and find ways to fix root cause and get back on track. I wouldn’t have been able to stay so consistent and improve my health without him. He is very knowledgeable, always learning and encouraging. Good guy all around.
