Where is the phone info? Why does this facility not have a contact number. Please add number so Service members can if need to make appointment. Please and thank you.

This is the spot to go to if you are i need of nutritional advice, workout advice, wellness advice, mobility and flexibility advice and anything of that nature. State of the art equipment. Not too crowded and they offer yoga classes, crossfit classes, and nutritional counseling. This place was created to make you better. Take advantage of it.

The 193rd team is better than the 165th one. (193>165) It’s a numerical fact, look dude I don’t make the rules. After being given a tour of the facility I was introduced to Chris Hemsworth or as they call him here β€œJosh”. β€œJosh” is a licensed massage therapist and MAN is Chr…Josh… good at his side job when not starring in the latest MCU blockbuster. He’ll deny being a MT at first and honestly many times after but I think it’s because he’s being humble. The 193rd team is better because we have Thor Odinson, the god of thunder on our side. What does 165th have? Lightning or something? Pfft I can make that in my microwave when I forget my fork in my veggies (like they told me to eat) in my microwave. No ground to give and whatnot 🫑.

The 165th IN BDE H2F nutrition team is the greatest, most helpful people, and are really passionate about their profession. The 193rd IN BDE nutrition team is also OK.

H2F has come an incredibly far way in the Army in a short period of time. This facility focuses on all five domains of fitness as a Soldier, helping to maximize performance of the cadre that work on the installation.
