This is a great place for your children to come and learn basic level gymnastics and the coaches will take you to competition level. Everyone is super kind and will help you with any questions. My daughter comes once a week and she LOVES it!!!

We love Excel. My little one started in August and has learned so much already. Her coach Kim is the best. We also recently had a birthday party here and they went above and beyond to help things go smooth. We are so happy to be a part of the Excel family🩷

I'm really disappointed with this gymnastics place. The coaches seem disinterested and don't provide enough guidance or encouragement to the kids. The facility is poorly maintained, with dirty bathrooms and worn-out equipment. The class sizes are too large, making it difficult for any child to get individual attention. The administration is disorganized, often mixing up schedules and failing to communicate changes effectively. Additionally, they have hidden fees that they don't disclose upfront, which feels very dishonest. Overall, the lack of professionalism and care for the students is evident. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a positive gymnastics experience.

MOST of the staff seemed nice…. However, I am VERY disappointed with the lack of communication and poor customer service. Make up classes are NOT offered, even if they were the ones to cancel the class. Refunds are also not provided for. If known that sooner I wouldn’t have spent the amount of money I’ve spent here. Wouldn’t recommend especially if you’re a parent with a busy schedule who can’t always make it to classes. Definitely a waste of my time and money! (Bad reviews left on their Facebook page gets you blocked by them)

I'm extremely disappointed with this business. They don't offer makeup classes for cancellations. The customer service is terrible—they're unresponsive and unhelpful. They seem more interested in taking your money than providing a good service. The facility itself is often unclean, and the equipment is outdated. The classes are overcrowded, making it hard to get any personal attention. The scheduling is inconsistent, and they frequently change class times without proper notice. The lack of flexibility, poor communication, and overall disregard for customer satisfaction make it clear that they don't care about their customers. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

This place is a scam.
Not only do they not offer any make up classes (holidays, bad weather) so if your weekly class is canceled no fault to your own oh well no make up. Paying $93 a month you think they would make up classes that are canceled from "bad weather"
I also tried to cancel my child's membership mid January & still charged my card Feb 1st for another full month! I tried to reach out for a refund and they refused didn't even try to work with me because i didn't give 30 day notice okay but it doesn't take 30 days to remove my card and why charge me for a full month. Terrible customer service. We will not be back & do yourself a favor and Take your business else where

We just had a birthday party for my 3 year old son and it was hands down the best party ever. The gym has so much room for the kids to run and play and things for kids of all ages. The soft play area is perfect for the little ones and the tumble track and inflatables were a huge hit. 10/10 recommend.

First of all hands-down, the studio is absolutely beautiful. Thought and time was definitely put into it.

I had my child in the toddler two-year-old Program, I was really disappointed with it. I didn’t seem like the kids were doing anything in it, and it also seemed like the teacher seemed very disinterested. What really broke my heart was seeing that another parent was in the little area and she was working with her child and my child. When watching on a video I thought she was the teacher in the room. The teacher was just sitting on a cushion the whole time. The one time that my child walked over to her she got up off the cushion and walked away.

When I let them know that I was disenrolled my child from the class, no one asked why I just wrote a statement. Nobody question or seem to care. I will say the next few days that we did come they changed the teacher, but then each week it was a totally different teacher than the week before.

Ella the two times that she was in the classroom with my child did an excellent job. She was very informative about what they did in the classroom and attentive to the children in the room.

Also, I had some concerns with that they close the center when the school district is closed. My child is not school-age yet so this is completely an extra curriculum activity for my child and even if she was in school, it’s still an extra curriculum activity that is paid for by the parent it should have nothing to do with the school district.

We started at Excel a little over a year ago. I have been very impressed. The prior gym we were at never gave me personal feedback about my daughter. I honestly don’t think they even knew her name. Once beginning at Excel the coach spoke to me after each lesson giving me feedback. The desk personnel was always helpful and never made me feel inadequate. Once here for a while competition was mentioned and my daughter wanted to try out. The coaches were helpful in trying to help her prepare. She made the team and we are currently on our second year of competition. I believe that my daughter will definitely get the rigorous training she needs to compete. I hope that Excel continues to make the parents feel welcome and the child special! Great job Sara!
