I started coming to Molly’s small group classes about a year ago. I am not someone who enjoys exercising & have never been able to stick with it. But, I’ve stayed consistent at ExcelFit because Molly is such a knowledgable trainer, she’s able to modify movements that suit me best, and I can tell that she cares about her clients. She also holds me accountable and checks in with me.

Molly is a wonderful trainer and caring person. I met Molly almost 15 years ago when she was a personal trainer for me. We connected immediately and I found her energy, excitement and her deep knowledge about fitness and wellness to be a perfect combination. If you are looking for a welcoming, supportive and fun group to workout with.. this is it! I luckily found this gem of a group about 6 months ago and I have never looked back. Molly brings in so much verity every week there is no time to get bored. We do HIIT, kick boxing, yoga, outdoor workouts, weights, sticks, dance and so much more! THIS has been what I have been looking for! I have joined every gym/program/kickboxing program there is. I have run countless races, hired personal trainers, you name it. I can't recommend Molly's ExcelFit regimen enough! There are many reasons for recommendation, many of which are covered by some of the other reviewers previously, but the number one reason for myself is the diversity of workouts within ExcelFit. I'm sure I'm going to leave some out, but there are Kickboxing workouts, HIIT, Yoga, AMRAP, Ball and Band, Pilates. Many of the Yoga and Pilates workouts require weights which is pretty next level when it comes to a challenge of body and mind. So, if you feel like you're an expert at particular types of workouts, you'll be challenged by others no question. The question is, how does Molly keep talking and maintaining such enthusiasm while I'm just trying to survive. At least that's how it was in the beginning, it's no longer just surviving the video, there's real enjoyment and an amazing sense of strengthening the entire body from head to toe. You won't ever get bored with the workouts, there are so many of them and she's always recording new ones. Shout out to all of the people who have assisted Molly in the participation of the exercise videos, sometimes those modifications in the exercises are just what the doctor ordered during a particular exercise!

I highly recommend Molly!! She offers it all: strength, Hiit, Pilates, yoga, kickboxing...Her workouts-whether you take an in person class or do one of her videos- are never the same! I don’t know how she does it!! She is super encouraging while also taking the time to make sure she reinforces the correct way to do everything so you get the most out of every workout, while also avoiding injuries.
A few years ago I realized that running just wasn’t cutting it anymore and that I needed to incorporate strength training into my workouts. Along came Molly (thanks to the recommendation of a friend) and I’ve never looked back! I’m stronger, more toned, and my endurance has even improved.
Plus, Molly is guaranteed to never be boring! She’ll make you laugh while you sweat! And the folks in her classes and in the online group are just as supportive. Anyone, no matter their level of fitness, will fit right in. As someone who is intimidated by gyms, I’ve never felt uncomfortable in any of her classes; and, if need be, she can modify the exercises to fit your level. Or she’ll crank it up to push you more!

Molly's spirit is infectious and one of the most positive, uplifting, will always make you laugh and sincere people you could have the pleasure of knowing. I've been doing Molly's workouts for about 3 years now and I'm in one of the best shapes I've ever been in. The group of folks that shows up to her classes feels like a family and it's because of her energy, what she brings to her workouts and who she is that has brought this family together. You will be hard pressed to find a more dedicated, fun and energizing trainer than Molly!! I have been working out with this amazing lady for almost 3 years now. We started with one-on-one sessions until I was ready for classes. Molly has one of the most positive, energetic and contagious personalities I have ever been around. She keeps the workouts fun and fresh. They are challenging for all fitness levels as well. I highly recommend ExcelFit with Molly.
