I’ve had an amazing experience training with VJ! He took the time to really listen to my fitness goals and helped me map out the best path to get there. I originally came in focused on weight loss and was doing mostly cardio through kickboxing. VJ helped me understand the importance of resistance training—something I was lacking—and it has made all the difference.
What truly sets VJ apart is his attention to posture, form, and safety. He pushes for results but never at the expense of proper technique. His positive demeanor, encouragement, and deep knowledge of how to sculpt the body have me seeing real progress.
And it’s not just the training—it’s the environment. This isn’t your typical gym. Everyone knows one another, and the space feels warm, comfortable, and genuinely friendly. I actually look forward to coming in!

FitX Kickboxing is amazing!
I’ve been training here for a while now, and it’s easily one of the best fitness experiences I’ve ever had. The instructors are knowledgeable, motivating, and really care about helping you reach your goals. Every class is high-energy, fun, and challenging in the best way.
The personal training sessions are top-notch — they tailor everything to your fitness level and push you just enough to keep improving.
If you’re looking to get in shape, relieve stress, or just try something new, this is the place! I can’t recommend it enough! 💪🥊

I have been taking personal care training a little less than a year with Vj. I am becoming much healthier and fitter. Vj is one of the best trainers in Columbia and fully committed to his trainees’ progress. I really enjoy working with him. The gym is always clean, well maintained and organized, and even spacious. Strongly recommend F.I.T.X. You will be happy with outcome!

If you’re looking for a personal trainer, this is the place. I started working out with VJ in February, and in just a few months, I’ve seen my body change drastically. VJ’s understanding of how the body works, and what you need, is unmatched. I went in hoping for change, knowing it would take a while to see the results I wanted. I’m still in the process, but definitely far beyond where I thought I’d be. Thanks to VJ’s expertise, I’ve seen major results in my workouts. Looking forward to seeing even more.

If you are looking for personal training or small group classes, FIT X is your place! I joined about 3 months ago and am so glad I did. VJ and all the group instructors are knowledgeable and welcoming. The kickboxing classes are challenging and fun. The gym is clean and organized. I highly recommend!

I’ve been doing personal training here the last couple of months. VJ is a great trainer and has helped me achieve the results I’m looking for. The space is big and the equipment is great. I’ve taken a kickboxing class here too which was an excellent workout.

I’ve been training since grade school as a gymnast/cheerleader and have worked with countless trainers over the years, but none compare to VJ. His knowledge of body mechanics and understanding of how to shape the body in the most effective way is unmatched. He creates workouts tailored to my goals and pushes me in just the right way to get results I never thought possible. The progress I’ve made training with VJ has been incredible, and I can honestly say I’ve never seen results like this before. Saw all the 5-star reviews for VJ and FitX and despite being really apprehensive as it was my first time at a gym and considering getting a trainer, am so glad I came here. VJ is not only incredibly knowledgeable about fitness routines and nutrition, he's also really welcoming with folks new to this setting and after a few sessions have already noticed an improvement in my posture and overall mood. Feel like I gained a new mentor and a friend. So if you're looking for a gym, give him a shout!

FitX & VJ are absolutely fantastic with impeccable customer service—because VJ genuinely cares about your health & fitness. I came to VJ with a lot of problems in my posterior chain (upper back, mid bad, low back, hips, glutes, hamstrings, core). I was hesitant because I have scoliosis & I did not want to exasperate it further, but VJ worked with me to understand my body’s limits and create a customized program to my current fitness level.
In just 3 months with VJ, my flexibility & strength in my posterior chain increased immensely. 1 month in, I touched my toes for the first time ever. 2 months in, my mid back was strong enough to support my upper body & I was able to lose the “hunch” I have always had when sitting at a desk/table/car.
VJ’s fitness & wellness knowledge is incredibly vast and encompasses all aspects of personal fitness. He offers programs for advanced strength training, range of motion improvement, advanced physical therapy rehab for lagging muscle groups, personal nutrition, customized workout plans, multiple personal defense & advanced fighting techniques (MMA, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Judo), muscle activation & engagement, and more than I can list.
VJ has spent more than 20 years perfecting his craft working as a competitor, trainer, coach & mentor. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for guidance on fitness based on their current level of fitness. VJ will ensure that you are comfortable & making consistent progress to reach your goals.

I started training with VJ at FITX approximately two months ago. I’m a former college athlete and military veteran so I know my way around the gym and overall fitness training. VJ provides a vast amount of experience and knowledge of how to produce your desired results. I’m working portions of muscles that tend to get overlooked when doing basic strength training workouts. I’m gaining strength, and my physique is shaping up nicely, and frankly giving me a better appearance than I’ve had in many years. I look forward to my sessions with VJ.
