This is a private gym, so the access to it is members only. It was easy to sign up. It's very affordable for single person and family memberships. The machines are a but older but are kept in good working order. There is a nice variety of music playing that is not the harsh techno/house music you typically hear in gyms. Staff reliably returns messages and phone calls. They have been welcoming and very helpful. There is a sauna too! I was told there are some personal trainers, although as expected, that is not included in your membership. There is no contract either.
