Fitness Edge Studio is focused on health and fitness through individual and group workout sessions. We provide multiple classes per week in a variety of disciplines. From HIRT training to rebound classes to cycling, we have you covered no matter what you are looking for. Also, ALL classes are included in your membership along with full gym access.

Carroll Dawkins runs an amazing gym. He keeps it clean. He's a great personal trainer, who is truly gifted at what he does. There are classes available for all ages early morning, mid morning and evenings.

A very family oriented gym. Everyone there including other members are friendly and extremely helpful. Carroll is a a great trainer and guide for those who need a little help getting started. I would recommend this gym to all my family and friends.

Excellent local gym with a great community gym feel run by a local small businessman that really believes in the benefits of fitness. This gym is equipped with both free weights and nautilus weights. There are a generous number of elliptical, treadmill and stair stepping machines. The gym also sponsors aerobic group exercises and one on one personal training by one of the best trainers in the upstate.
Keep your money local and support a well run small business in Boiling Springs.
