The only complaint I have is that some members don't use ear pieces for their loud music which makes it difficult for me to hear my audio books with my ear pieces in. Out side of that the employees are nice and there is a good selection of equipment to use.

A really good gym.

My only issue is, there isn't any complimentary water i.e water fountain. First gym I've ever witnessed that didn't have a water fountain....

Nor hand sanitizer stations.

But other than that, pretty decent gym.

The staff greets me with a smile daily and they always have a great attitude.The facility, equipment, and rest rooms are always clean. The members are nonjudgmental and work very hard to achieve exceptional fitness which is the exact motivation I need. I am so thankful that this gym is in Lake City and I’m excited to see what I can achieve with determination and dedication. People can come up with every excuse in the book not to put themself first and work hard to achieve their goal but I’m so thankful I now have a place I can go and truly give it my all. No more Excuses!

Get lied to when you sign up, then get back charged for the time you were locked out of the gym. Absolutely unacceptable. A rather uninviting group go to this gym. People making comments about my daughter and my wife being fat. I thought you went to the gym to improve yourself, not because you are treating a gym like a bar or a social club. Rather upset that it's come to this, I knew the owner from back when I went to FDTC. But, I would not suggest this place to anyone I know. The explanation I got for the charge was, I was behind in the account. Ok, so I was allowed to go that whole time? No. So why am I being charged? Because you were behind in the account. Hmmm, sounds a lot like being charged for services that werent rendered.

The gym itself is peaceful. I have been going for about two months now but I’m going to be honest. A lot of the equipment is old and outdated. The machines breakdown a lot. They turn the hot water off in the bathrooms to be cheap I guess and the AC is never on so you know it’s super hot and uncomfortable. But hopefully the owner makes some changes

A great gym! Open 24/7 which is a plus and close to my hometown Scranton. Excited to get healthy and firm and fit! My favorite is the rowing! They have a ton of weight machines, treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, and dumbells. Protected by keycard entrance. The tanning bed and hot showers are a great way to relax after working out! I even had other guests showing me what exercises and machines were good for my abs! Very friendly place.
