Just came by without a membership called the number. Sent me the link in about 30 seconds. Was able to sign up and get in within 5 minutes. Place has lots of machines to use. Would highly recommend.

Quería asistir a este gimnasio pero me parece un poco ridículo el precio. Tengo 2 niñas y para que puedan asistir a la guardería debo sacar un plan familiar de 55.99 y además de eso 1 dolar diario de "propina" ,Como son 2 niñas serían 12 dolares semanales, al mes unos 48 dolares más. En total terminaría pagando 103.99 mensual. Me parece algo demasiado. Y por lo que pude ver, para lo caro que cobran porqué no invierten en mejores maquinas y más modernas???

Best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Responded to a question online immediately. Had an issue enrolling so called again and the owner took time to walk me through the whole process, even following up to let me know it went through. Ended up personally sharing goals of Fitness World, seeing others become successful on their “health journey “.

I arrived in Florence late Wednesday night (before Thanksgiving). I was looking to get a workout in and box the punching bag - typically a needle in a haystack. I called the gym. It rang the owner. He told me to drive to gym, call him back, and he’d get me in. It went flawlessly and efficiently. The owner, Curtis Jesus❤️ Boyd, answered his cell phone after 11 PM at night and the treatment was first class. I’ve trained martial arts, boxing, and MMA my whole life. Primarily out of Brooklyn and SE Florida, where the gyms are iron paradise and the amenities are practical and minimalist. This gym is top notch. I’d recommend to anyone looking to get in a pump or pound the bag. Ample equipment. Clean. Well lit. And in an era of the death of customer service, the owner treated me with class and respect. The cherry on top? Large, private bathrooms (many) with their own shower. I’m a big proponent of you get what you pay for - in this case, I got much more. Curtis, thank you! You’re a man that knows what providing value is all about. Christ is King. John 3:16. Make Gyms Great Again!

The gym itself isn't bad. The highlight being open 24/7. A lot of the machines in Darlington seem to have issues keeping the pins though. I'll get on a machine and see there isn't one, go to grab one on the next machine just to find out that weight pin is missing also. My big complaint is the price at 36$ a month. And don't think about missing a payment because that 20$ late fee is instant. Had to get a new debit card which came with a new expiration date, so when they went to charge it, it didn't work. After correcting it the next day I realized I just got stuck paying 56$ that month after being a day late. For that reason I switched to the new planet fitness that just opened. It'd be nice to support a local business, but when you know people paying 15$ a month for a family plan at fitness worldwide, it's impossible to justify paying 36$ just for one person.

Customer service is not great at all you sign up they expect you to just know what to do, tanning beds are extremely hot and they are never really clean and they do not check them after people leave not sanitize great at all
