I've been impressed with the gym's cleanliness - it's always spotless! My partner, who previously owned a cleaning business, also appreciates the attention to detail.

However, I do have a couple of suggestions for improvement:

1. Adding a sauna room would be a great asset.
2. Upgrading the shower heads, which appear outdated and don't provide the best water pressure.

This is a great gym. The staff are awesome. They are always available. The gyms are always kept clean and sanitized I have seen numerous people walking around wiping down equipment from the staff. It is always a positive environment for male and female as their training staff offers both male and female trainers. I would highly recommend this gym and the other ones that are associated with this company I have been to quite a few and it always seems to be the same results a good impact on me and my mindset. I have met the owner himself, he is a down-to-earth person who believes fitness is a key part of health as well as a biblical standpoint about being strong and a temple. Thanks to all at fitness world!

Great facilities and good work out environment. However when calling to cancel your membership, hope that you don't get the Big Boss on the phone so he can lecture you on "going to the Nursing homes to see what you gonna look like if you drop your membership" or go into a diatribe on how you can't run a certain sector of business due to all the girls wanting their own "yoga studio" and so on. Bruh take a deep breath before you answer your phone and don't forget the old saying, walk a mile in another mans shoes............... You never know what the next man is going through.

An array of different workout machines, but the state of the building is alarming and is definitely a health concern. Just from being there for ten minutes as a guest I noticed so many health code violations. There are an array of kiddie pools scattered along the isle filled to the brim with months old mold. They aren't even bothered to clean them or fix the issue. Ceiling tiles are missing - obvious water damage and there was a lot of leaking that led to water being puddled in the floor which was left unattended the entire time I was there. Even more alarming the water which leaks from the ceiling is right next to wiring to the lights that run around the building. It would only take once for the water to touch the wiring and it could cause a shortage or fire. Mold cakes the ceiling tiles and I've witnessed people coming in with ladders before to spray paint these spots white to make it appear nonexistent. This isn't even the start of issues. My biggest thing is how they are handling COVID-19. No one is urged to wear masks when entering the building and hardly anyone wipes down the equipment that they've finished using. The front desk is vacant most of the time - or the attendant at the front is too emerged in their phone or talking across the building to deal with you and what you need help with. The one thing I was content and happy with was the childcare service. The attendant was very nice and professional and took great care of my kids - they didn't want to leave after spending time with her. Apart from that, the building could use some serious work done on it.
