Attended a very fun birthday here that got ruined by Miss Stacey. 20 minutes before the party ended she accused my kids of not being invited to the party and demanded a $10 charge per head to cover the extra staffing fees. Excuse me? We were all invited, and who’s this on call staff that needs to be paid to show up for the remaining 20 minutes of a birthday party? Not sure what her problem is, but I will never have a party here.

Flex gymnastics is an amazing program. They care about the kids so much. They have an after-school program upstairs. Parents that stay there have TVs that they can watch the gym floor or tv. Tables to work on and again all the coaches are so helpful.

We celebrated my son’s fourth birthday at Flex Gym, and we had an amazing time! There’s so much space and entertainment there, kids had fun non-stop. Staff helping us with the party were phenomenal, they accommodated all our requests and went above and beyond to make the party unforgettable.

Recently had my daughters 4 y/o birthday party at Flex gym and I can’t say enough great things.
The team was so helpful the moment I arrived and by the time my guest arrived things were settled.
They were flexible in how I wanted to spend my 2 hours and were there to support when needed.
This was the first time many guest , including myself, attended flex gym and we all loved it!

Recently had a Birthday Party at Flex Gymnastics for my kids. I can't say enough good things. Staci was an excellent host. She communicated very well and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the party. She and one of the ninja coaches (I think Jevon) kept the kids safe and entertained as they played on the gymnastics/ninja equipment. The best part is you have the place to yourself so there is more than enough room for the kids to play and have fun! I highly recommend booking this place for a party.

We LOVE Flex!!! We move every few years for my husband's job, my daughter has trained competitive gymnastics in various different states and countries, including at Chow's Gymnastics where Shawn Johnson and Gabby Douglas trained. We've seen the good, the bad, the ugly when it comes to gymnastics training facilities. The staff and philosophy at Flex are fantastic, absolutely top notch!!

Just had a birthday for my 7 year old and 1 year old. It was such a great experience. The entire facility was great and we had so much room. The staff was beyond amazing. They were helping with kids, spills, safety, ninja activities, and all around fun. They made my son feel special. They served us very well. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone.

Flex has a beautiful new facility that was extremely well thought out. The family that owns it is one of a kind! Coach Tamee runs a great program, both gymnastics and summer camp, and she has been such a wonderful role model to our daughter. She builds relationships with the kids and gains their trust which allows her to coach them in a way many others can't. She teaches the kids to compete against themselves, not others, and encourages them to believe in themselves and be proud of their accomplishments. There are not enough words to describe how grateful we are for this gym and these owners!

I attended a birthday party at Flex and have been for Ninja and gymnastics training. In every area the staff was wonderful! Elijah has an amazing personality and those kids had a blast leaning Ninja. Every coach for gymnastics knows their stuff! First class coaching.

I am so incredibly grateful for Flex and its amazing coaches! My daughter is being coached in such a nurturing environment. The coaches are phenomenal and my daughters skill level is growing exponentially. The layout of the gym is spectacular, and I love the viewing area for parents. I can view my child from the second level without distracting her. The first day my daughter had practice at Flex, we walked out and she started jumping up and down and yelled “Mom I love it here so much!” To me that’s priceless. Thank you team Flex!

Flex is a brand new gym offering a variety of programs including gymnastics, after school care, and ninja classes. The thing that sets this gym apart from the rest is the staff; Flex is family-owned and operated and they treat not only the students with care, but also the parents. The coaches are very knowledgeable about gymnastics and their other training programs. We love being a part of the Flex Family!
