The gym itself is great, great equipment and good hours, easy access. HOWEVER, the owner is very difficult to deal with. We had two separate scenarios where we needed to cancel membership. You cannot cancel online or by phone. You have to cancel in person and it was difficult to find someone in the office. Usually the owner wants to speak with you before canceling and will try his best to talk you out of cancellation. We had a particular customer service issue in which the owner was excessively unprofessional when I confronted how he handled the cancellation. Sign up but good luck in the cancellation process.

I’ve been a member at flex along with my lovely bride Micci for several months. We both enjoy the large selection of equipment and free weights. The member clientele is courteous and respectful, and the owner Matt and his assistant Will are always upbeat and available to help with any requests ! Neither of us have ever experienced an overcrowded situation leaving plenty of options to blend your routine to reach whatever goals your are reaching for. i love this gym so much. the atmosphere feels like a second home. everybody is so friendly, and it is a judgement free zone. never have i once felt uncomfortable in this gym.

the owner is so sweet. he connects with each and every person who works out there, and even holds some events in and out of the gym to bring the flex community together.

the equipment is fresh, clean, and easy to learn how to use. the membership is worth it. i’ve been to a few gyms and i have always felt weird, but i really love this place.

An amazing gym that is kept exceptionally clean. Flex Supergym offers a surprisingly large amount of variety that can be critical for your workouts and allows one to exercise every part of their body without Falling to a dull routine. Matt and Sara are great and are very helpful with any questions you may have about a piece of equipment or a workout. They are steadily adding new equipment for their members and the level of cleanliness is amazing. Anytime I am in there they are always wiping down machines and sweeping/mopping the floor. Bad vibe gym and very cold feeling, there is no ambiance, no motivation with uncomfortable bright lights. The owner says one thing and does another, can't be trusted. The gym is empty after 7 months of operating so it's obvious there is something really wrong. The unisex shower toilet is a joke.

We live out of town. We travel to Chapin to visit family during the holidays. We found Flex Supergym and were very excited to try it out. The owners were great. They allowed my family to have a free pass the first time we visited. When we came back for another visit for a separate holiday, we only paid a simple day charge to enjoy the facilities. We will continue going there every time we are in town visiting family. Super clean gym. Spacious. We love going there!

I’ve been a member of Flex since a little after they opened and I’ve loved it ever since. It’s in a great location and has affordable prices. All of the weights/machines are high end name brands and they keep it clean. It’s open 24/7 which makes it very convenient to work out regardless of your work schedule and the owner and his wife are very friendly and helpful.
