Have only been going short time but amazing classes! I always do better in a group setting! Extremely helpful trainers! Erica and Zach are excellent in class! They work with each individual to make sure you are doing exercises with not only good form but also to the best of your ability! They always have an alternative if you just can't do something. Allowing you to feel confident in your workout. I have been a member of many gyms in the past , actually still am because of health insurance benefit. If you are looking for small group setting without all of the intimidation of large gym you need to try this place out!! I believe first class is still free and many options to suit any budget!

Awesome place!!!! So welcoming and friendly- made me feel right at home, yoga flow was exactly what I needed- challenging flow with a cool down and rest that makes me excited to get back for more. Kettlebell classes are fun and an incredible workout!! So much to offer- glad I found it!

I love this new studio in Bluffton! Yoga classes and barre classes together are great workouts for toning, strengthening, and stretching. I love their special events too like the 21 day fitness challenge and Barre & Bubbles🍾. It’s easy to book the classes on the mind body app.

I can not recommend Flow Space Fitness enough. I love the options of classes available, the detailed instruction, the ability to move at your own pace, and the extra nutrition guidance. It has been life changing for me. It has helped me gain energy and reduce mental fog.
