Fuel the fire studio is a nutrition and fitness studio that centralizes on the well being of clients and members both physical and psychologically! We believe in focusing on being a better version of yourself through understanding more about you to find pathways enabling you to reach your potential! We offer programs for lifestyle change to promote better wellness, better aesthetics, and better understanding of how the body works as well nutritionally! Programs include a Saturday booty builder class, 1 on 1 personal training, nutritional counseling, memberships that are exclusive to the studio in a private setting and more!

FTF came highly recommended by a couple of friends. I was incredibly nervous at first because I was a novice to weight training/strengthening, but Ben met me where I was at and developed a game plan that targeted my goals to become stronger, have better mobility, and lose a little weight in the process. He makes his clients feel safe and confident while also challenging them to progress farther than they thought they could. I have learned a great deal and seen positive changes in my body and mindset. If you are willing to put in the work, you will see those changes too. I would recommend Fuel the Fire to anyone at any stage of their fitness journey. 10/10

I've always had a hard time staying consistent with a training program - until I started coming to Fuel the Fire.
Ben makes it fun and he actually makes me want to come work out, not dread it. He is incredibly knowledgeable about fitness and is a motivating partner during workouts. He regularly checks in after hours, gently holds you accountable if you need a little nudge in the right direction and he specifically tailors your workout plan to achieve the goals you lay out in your initial meeting with him.
The facility itself is safe, cleaner than any gym I've ever been to, and everyone I've ever encountered there is very nice and helpful.

Best gym in Greenville for those wanting one on one personal training/nutrition plans. It’s always very clean and has all the equipment you need. The staff is the best! Emmanuel and Ben are very knowledgeable, passionate, kind, and motivating! Highly recommend!

Ben has been a great help to me to return to a better level of fitness, reduce weight, build muscle and strength. As an older woman, it is very important to stay active, improve endurance, joint mobility and bone health. The Fuel the Fire nutition and fitness is a safe, comfortable place. Im not judged, pushed or expected to perform at a higher rate than Im comfortable with. But good instruction is so important and I receive it at FTF. Love to see others there just talking, caring about each other after workouts.

Ben is a great trainer. He's fun, and knowledgeable, he helps research what supplements work best for you and your lifestyle. The gym had a great atmosphere and everyone that work out here is super nice. He's helped me so much and I wouldn't trade trainers for anything.

This is the perfect gym. It has all the equipment you need without being crowded like some others. The place is always meticulously clean and organized. I've been a member of large, chain gyms and I will never go back.
I've been training with Ben (Owner and Head Trainer) for the past two years. He has helped me increase my strength, endurance, and flexibility beyond what I thought I was capable of doing. He keeps me accountable on my off days with text messages that give me that nudge need to accomplish my goals.
The facility is very safe. The doors are always locked, and can only be opened by an app that only gym members have access to.

I’ve been training with Ben since 2018!
When I heard about his new gym I was more than thrilled!!! It’s a private location, thoroughly cleaned, sanitizing stations throughout, and Bluetooth security access. It’s a pretty large private gym with state-of-the-art equipment also.
Ben trained me through my first pregnancy and my delivery was more than easy! I lost the baby weight within 4 months! I’m now pregnant with my 2nd, and training twice a week. (He knows how far along I am before before I do).
As a Pediatrician, I have so much trust in Ben. He is also able to communicate with me his techniques as well as method to his madness!
He is very easy to work with, has a positive attitude, and always willing to go the extra mile. Ben schedules ahead of time my training sessions, and sends day before reminders. He knows my expectations and my limits. I truly appreciate all the hard work, time, and research he puts in before my sessions.

I’ve been working with Ben at FTF since August 2019.
I’ve learned an incredible amount about nutrition, training technique, and how to push myself hard.
I competed in my first bodybuilding show this past October, it was a truly awesome experience that I couldn’t have done by myself.
Whether your goal is weight loss, pack on some size, or to just have a better quality of life, FTF is the way to go! 💪
