Engaging Jason of GarnerFit as my fitness coach has been the big upgrade for my life and well-being this year!
Upon meeting him you will instantly recognize that he “practices what he preaches” and has achieved the results for himself that many of us aspire to achieve. It will be obvious that he will be able to share his results with you with some work.
He has been very perceptive in assessing my current ability level and has customized my program to achieve the goals that we developed together. The sessions are always designed with my current physical fitness level in mind while still being challenging and pushing me to the next level. This has enabled me to ease into the program.
To say that he is enthusiastic about his work is a definite understatement. And that passion is infectious and inspiring. His work with me has inspired me to work harder to be fit, gain more self-confidence and feel better about myself knowing we are working together toward a better me, inside and out. For me, seeing progress in the mirror and looking better in one’s clothes is important, but feeling better and having a more positive attitude about life is the real deal.
A five-star review is a definite no-brainer. He is the real deal, and you’ll thank yourself for making the decision to work with Jason. It is worth every penny and you’ll soon be walking about with better you inside and out!

Jason is absolutely amazing! He is exactly want I was looking for in a personal trainer! He is more than a personal trainer. He is knowledgeable and passionate about his clients and genuinely cares. GarnerFit has recently taken over the personal training side of StrongBody Fitness. To say they have stepped in and we haven’t missed a step is an understatement. Ray and Ethan are both extremely knowledgeable. The guidance and attention to form has been very helpful. Ray has been great sharing nutritional information and giving me the extra push to challenge myself. If you are looking to improve your health and fitness, you really need to check them out. I recommend 100%.

First off, Jason is absolutely amazing and the environment in the gym is welcoming, clean and well laid out. Every time I train with Jason, I’m greeted with the biggest smile and the most positive energy — and that energy reflects back onto me.
