I have been up there at least 7 times in a month to sign up. They say 7 to 9 am and something in the evening don't remember because I'm at work by then. But been there at 7, 8 and 9 and no one is ever there. Looks like a nice place but if you can't sign up then nice don't mean anything. And if you ever call or leave a message don't ever think there calling back because that's a joke.

Terrible experience. Card access constantly didn’t work. Billing was a mess, even had trouble trying to cancel membership. No one is ever there to help and phone calls are rarely returned. No locker room, just dirty bathrooms. Don’t waste time or money.

Good luck catching staff there or getting anyone on the phone. Been trying to renew my membership for 2 months now due to my previous year running out and my old debit card expiring but can never get anyone on the phone including during the hours they state on the answering service. Decent enough gym horribly managed

Derrick is always so nice an polite an friendly to everyone. His mom is the best! She is the sweetest person an so helpful! They will help work with you in anyway they can! His advice an tips are so helpful to get you in the right direction to being a healthier and more fit you!
The gym is always clean an taken care of. The members are also kind, friendly, an very helpful, an will jump right in to help another person in anyway possible. Me an the kids have already made new friends! Thank you Craft family!

Have been trying to get someone to call me for months to cancel my membership, left messages and no one returns your call, very bad business practices if you can never talk to anyone as no one is ever there when I am off work to answer the phone.

Poor management hard to cancel won’t tell you that your membership keeps going to you come in but no one is ever there and one one person can do but only the hours a normal people work scam this place is a joke

Great 24 hour gym that I can use when its convenient for my schedule. Has WIFI so you can use whatever platform to listen to music. Price is great and if I have to miss a week or 2 I am not worried about wasting money. Gym is clean and affordable and I would recommend it to anyone.

Price is what you'd expect for a starter gym, no showers, no locker rooms, the staff loves to chat with the femals more then they like to do their job. Sometimes you can get in the door sometimes you cant. Save your money and go to golds gym in clemson what I'm doing.
