I’ve been to a lot of gyms in the past and I am now a member here and go here 6 days a week, I can honestly say this is the best run and most clean gym I’ve ever been too. Comes with many different amenities and group classes that are a blast. If you are looking for a nice, clean and not overly crowded gym this is the place for you. Best monthly subscription I have and plan to be a member for as long as they will let me!!

I highly recommend HiTON Fitness Center! My husband, my son, and I joined this gym a couple of years ago, and we can only say great things about it. The bathrooms are always clean, the equipment is well-maintained and never crowded, the fitness classes are excellent, and the coaches and front desk staff are kind and friendly. Let me start by saying the staff at this location are AMAZING! Always willing to help and super friendly!
Unfortunately, this gym in the past year has been disappointing. My monthly rate nearly tripled but I have stuck around with the promise that there was going to be improvements in the recovery portion, increased amenities and more staffed hours. Not only have staffed hours decreased to the average person’s work hours, but this means the accessibility to the recovery and the other amenities have also decreased. Hydromassage beds were removed altogether. Classes during the busiest gym hours keep others from being able to access a large portion of equipment. Really hope corporate can take these things into consideration because I’m rooting for a 24 hour gym to make it in this area!

Went into Hi Tone on 12.22.2023 what a great atmosphere. The girl at the desk was all dressed up in Christmas gear,so refreshing. The place was immaculate cleaned. Previously, I LOVED going to this gym and the atmosphere. But recently I was very upset to find out by a former employee and also a friend of mine that the manager, Angela, was commenting on my weight that I have put on. I am PREGNANT. And the fact that she said “did you see her FB post, that’s not all baby weight just so you know” to a friend of mine, is not only extremely cruel, but highly unprofessional as a manager. I thought I had found community in this gym, and true people to share the positivity of health and fitness with. But I guess I was wrong. Please steer clear of this place folks. Don’t support people who like to bully members behind their backs.

Was clear on 3 months of personal training. Was told I would still need to cancel 30 days before renewal. When I went to do that they sent me from 1 person to another. Just because someone seems nice and trusting doesn’t mean they are not a snake. When doing the e sign they only read what they wanted to and have you acknowledge. Never trust always ask for exactly what you are signing. The biggest thing is how nice they come off but really just looking to screw you for their profit.

Let me be VERY clear…. I DID GIVE A 30 DAY NOTICE!!!! ASK MY TRAINER…. SHE AGREES WITH ME!!! I even called Peak payment line and they agreed that my verbal cancellation with my trainer and Angela at the desk were considered a 30 day notice since when I signed up those were the directions that Angela herself gave me. BUT since Peak only has my email to go off of that was sent on November 1st they can not go off of the verbal cancellation unless Angela contacts them to tell them I in fact did give my 30 day cancellation in person (which I know she won’t because she has shown her true colors). Peak also agreed that it was sketchy and that they get this type of call all the time. If you actually cared about your customers then you would correct your wrongs…. Instead of blocking me on Facebook after my bad review 😂

The equipment is in good shape and they have just about everything you need to get a decent workout in! Sometimes the high school kids can be lacking awareness and get loud in the peak post work hours, but the pros outweigh the cons here.

The gym is very peaceful with a lot of amenities. Massage chair is definitely my favorite . As a beginner myself I love it this gym. I’ve tried other gyms and I hated feeling like the “big girl” or that I may need extra attention it’s literally come as yourself, but of course ask questions. for people with gym anxiety I cannot stress enough how important it is to just want to go to the gym without feeling like you’re being watched and yes it may all be in your head but I promise everyone is working on their own personal goal you will be ok at this gym !

I've been a member for three months and the experience has been great. The staff is friendly and really care about your individual fitness journey.

I've also been using the red light therapy 3-4x a week and noticed that my tinnea versicolor on my skin is 90% gone! This is a common skin condition I've dealt with for over 10 years -- tried the entire spectrum of topicals & medicines. None of them worked and I just figured I'd be stuck with discolored spots for life.

Turns out light therapy was the solution, along with a wide range of other benefits. The extra amenities like the hydro massage & biocharger make a membership here 100% worth it. So glad I decided to join.

Moved here from Crunch off of Harbison Blvd. My wife and I have been going to Crunch for over 3 years. So, it was a pretty big deal to get a membership at HiTone.

So far so good! The equipment is new, they have all of the machines and free weights that you might need, their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and it is in a convenient location. Best of all, it is light in traffic! Maybe I should have given it 2 stars, lol…

Only downside is that there is a year contract. Not a big deal if you use your membership though.

Gym recently opened in my area. I went to the gym at 9:30pm and my key card didnt work. I sent them a message and they responded quickly letting me know the system was down club wide.
