Not a good gym at all. Sparse equipment and floor space. The cable tower has been broken for over a year, and the shower has been broken for a number of months. Maybe these issues could be resolved quicker if the place was staffed for more than one day a week. There is never any music on instead there is a single tv that is usually set to the food channel or hallmark. I’ve been a member here for a long time because they are the only game in town, but when holly hill eventually gets a real gym this place will go out of business.

The facility seems nice, but lacks staff/service. ⭐⭐⭐

Review edit: This is an edit for my initial review. I did hear back from staff member Erica who was able to process our membership. In addition, I also received a call from Wayne who followed-up regarding this review and any concerns we had. He also pointed out a flyer posting at this location that states their office hours are on Tuesdays from 1pm - 5pm at the Holly Hill location. In addition, I would suggest that the office hours be posted to the HealthPIex's main website and perhaps stated on their voicemail recordings as a way for this information to be received by customers. Overall, I was very pleased by Wayne's professionalism and concern for customer service which is very rare these days ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

Listen, I had hip replacement,knee replacement been coming here close to two years and I've been to two other therapy places none of them compare to here, Cherri,Edith, and Charmin they treated me with nothing but care and concern very professional.my opinion they are best here in this whole area. I'm asking y'all go see for yourself. Very happy I can move around again. Thanks truly, Michael mims
