I’ve loved every class I’ve been to. This is my new yoga home. You sweat, laugh and find your breath! They sell beautiful jewelry in the retail side as well as wonderful items used in practice. Charleston is so lucky to have had this studio for as long as we have! Love you, Holy Cow ❤️

When visiting James Island, I always have to visit Holy Cow. Love the variety of classes that I've taken this week and the 3 class pass is so great for a vacationer. Looking forward to my next visit. No wonder that Holy Cow is the oldest studio in Charleston, it's a wonderful place to practice.

A welcoming and extremely friendly Yoga Studio with multiple classes ranging in times and experiences. We started with the three class introduction program and now regularly attend classes throughout the week. Happy to have found this great place!

Holy Cow! Warm, welcoming, loving. You can “do yoga “or you can come here and experience the whole world of yoga. Immerse yourself spiritually and physically. Traci and her teachers are the best there is. If you’re new you’ll get nothing but acceptance, guidance, and kindness. People have been coming here exclusively for years and many have moved off and now still participate virtually from all over the world. It is an amazing place. All of the instructors are great. Love Holy Cow.

Holy Cow, this yoga studio is amazing!! If you're looking for a place to bend, breathe and be, this is the place. They have practically every type of class you can imagine. Prices are great, instructors are fantastic, and the vibe is exactly right. Give it a try and see for yourself.

I’ve been going to holy cow about 5 years and this review is long overdue! I love this studio for the wide variety of classes offered, and the amount of classes offered daily. The teachers all bring something different to the table, the staff is so friendly and it is a really great sense of community here. I always leave feeling better physically and mentally. ❤️

I just moved to Charelston and am so happy to have found Holy Cow Yoga. All of the teachers are welcoming, experienced, and very accommodating to all skill levels. They offer a full range of classes for every skill level. I love the option of choosing an intensive flow class on my motivated days or a slower gentle class on my slower days.

Arrived with my 6 month old son and turned away. Front desk person insinuated I could leave him in the hallway..could not take him into the room on my mat because “there are other people in there.” We belong to another studio where all are welcome. This studio is anything but inclusive.

This is one the best yoga studios I have ever been to. I went for a $15 drop in class and ended up loving it so much that I got the month unlimited pass the next day. This studio and all of its teachers have become a daily part of my life for the past week and I don’t plan on changing that anytime soon. All of the teachers are amazing and unique in their practices. The studio also offers a variety of classes if you’re looking to try something a bit different.

Simply put come by and try a class I’m sure you will love it!

My wife and I were visiting from out of town and we did a Saturday morning class w/ Tracy - Loved it. We would be regulars if we lived here. Included some moderate paced flow with deep (intentional) stretching. I prefer flow that isn’t rushed and Tracy is a great practice guide. Highly recommend virtual or in person w/ Tracy!

I've been going to this studio since I moved to Charleston in 2013. I love the classes and the sense of community that all the instructors create through their practice. Steven is my favorite instructor, but everyone is good.

Excellent yoga school that offers yoga classes for all levels with yoga philosophy tied to its teachings. Their diverse yoga classes range from gentle, restorative, yin, kids, prenatal to power and Ashtanga. Classes are instructed with great alignment cues and adjustments.

A great yoga school! Their rates (especially multiple class cards like the 6 or 8 class card) are very reasonable and their classes are a lot of fun. Love Steven's Sunday night Bust UR Asana class!! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great yoga studio in the area.

I recently started attending the Into to Basics class on Wednesday nights at 7:15 at Holy Cow, with Jenny as the instructor. She goes through all the steps of every pose so that you actually know what you're doing. This is a perfect class for anyone who has never done yoga before and is clueless. Also, Jenny is sweet and funny and never makes you feel uncomfortable with your skill level. I really enjoy this class and recommend it to any beginners!
