Great work out opportunity for all ages. Well organized system gives you a chance to select various workouts and scheduling is available 7/24. You have to give working out in infrared heat a chance if you’re not familiar with it. It’s very good for you. Saunas are perfect size for personal space. Much better than working out with 15 or more people in some large gym space. Virtual instruction format works quite well. Membership fees are extremely reasonable. We’ve worked out all our lives and this one of the best opportunities to stay fit. I’m 77 so have had a lot of years to be in a position to evaluate the value of Hotworx.

This is one of the most unique places I’ve tried. It allows me to workout in so many ways all in one studio. My favorite thing is that I have a dieting app included so I end up saving money by not having to pay for a gym membership AND a dieting app. I’ve never felt more confident than now! Have been a member here for over a year, and this week was a reminder of why I love Hotworx so much. Even on my rainest days, the staff always gives me the right amount of encouragement to get me through my workouts. Being a member of Hotworx has taught me so much about not only bettering my body, but also my mind. Ill admit that in the beginning it took me a little bit of time to find my groove, especially being someone who use to go to gyms with open floors, but I've grown to really appreciate the private intimate workout space that Hotworx provides. Ive found there to be fewer distractions, and me leaving feeling like I've completed the best workout to date. Eager for my next visit!

Before visiting, I texted with someone to schedule a time and was told—more than once—that my workout would be free. When we arrived and started filling out the liability forms, I was told there would be a $20 drop-in fee, and that the free session was only for people who live nearby. That should definitely be made clear upfront.

I knew ahead of time that there wouldn’t be in-person instructors, but the photos didn’t show just how small the rooms really are. I’ve been to a lot of group classes, and the instructors on the screen felt a little odd. There wasn’t really any music playing, so you could hear every breath you took—kind of awkward.

I tried the cycling class and wasn’t a fan of the bikes. I haven’t done many cycle classes before, but the directions weren’t clear. They’d say “easy, medium, or hard,” but didn’t explain how many turns or what resistance level that actually meant. Again, no music in the bike room, which made it feel even more off.

In the yoga room, the placement of the TV made it hard to follow along during certain poses, especially when facing away from the screen or during more complicated movements.

The front desk lady, however, was incredibly friendly and helpful—by far the best part of the visit. She’s the reason I’m giving two stars instead of one.

This location is always clean, the staff are incredibly supportive, friendly and helpful, the other members are great and welcoming. It's such a great environment. I highly recommend giving Hotworx a try at least once. You'll be hooked.

I love HOTWORX! Being a busy business owner, it’s hard to get a workout in or have the motivation to push myself. Being able to schedule workouts for when I have time and having a virtual instructor makes it so much easier to get myself to workout. I was worried about the heat of the workouts but it has actually helped me so much. I have a bad back from a car accident and the heat makes my back feel so much better. I 100% recommend trying a free workout but you will be hooked!

They are very misleading when it comes to cancelation of your membership. If you decide that you want to cancel you have to give them a 60 day notice after your 90 day commitment or pay a cancellation fee of $99. The employees should be better trained to explain that clearly to potential clients.

I joined maybe three weeks ago and I love it. I am the type of person who unless I see sweat, I don’t feel like I got a good workout. I am loving!!
