About the Club

COMING FALL 2025!
Hybrid House Training is a performance-based fitness facility in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, specializing in functional endurance training for athletes and everyday individuals alike. Our mission is to help people build the strength, speed, and stamina required to perform at their best—whether that’s on the HYROX or DEKA competition floor, at a local 5K, or during an ultra-endurance event.
We combine the energy of group training with the structure of performance coaching, offering large-group, small-group, and one-on-one training options designed to deliver measurable results. Each session focuses on functional movement, conditioning, and performance tracking to help athletes of all levels train with purpose.

Get yourself to HHT. Came to HHT after a couple shoulder surgeries and Keaton built workouts for me and at 54 has me stronger than ever before. Accountability happens at all levels. From the coaching staff, to the other members. Were always pushing make each other better. Let’s goooooo!

I didn’t know what to expect when I first went. Keaton and Marissa were so welcoming and reassuring. The workout didn’t disappoint. It was challenging but not unreasonable. In the moments I felt like I couldn’t do it, they supported me. I’ve been to other gyms when the workout was done I felt underwhelmed. HHT workouts one might hate it in the moment but when you’re done you’ll feel a sense of accomplishment. 10/10 I’d recommend HHT for any level of ability level.

I stumbled across Keaton and Marissa by accident back in 2022 when completing my first hybrid race. Now 3 years later, they have helped me reach fitness goals I wouldn’t have even thought of and even led me to a few hybrid race wins. They are knowledgeable in all areas of fitness and will do anything to help you reach your goals. Not only the coaches, but the entire group is supportive and encouraging. The best gym in the area hands down!!

Hands down, the best group in the area. Seamless integration of multiple exercise modalities using a physiological science-based approach. These aren’t cookie cutter workouts. HHT offers goal oriented sessions tailored to their athlete’s specific needs. I made the switch from another well known gym in April 2024 and haven’t looked back. The results speak for themselves.
