Joan Roth has worked with me for the past couple of months following my surgery which caused some physical inactivity. Joan was adept at recognizing my needs and establishing a plan. She has employed rebuilding exercises which have helped me achieve significant results beyond those expected. Joan is outstanding in every area of training. She is well educated, well trained in Titleist Performance Institute exercises. She is always on time, a full hour session of excellent training exercises. She puts forth a maximum effort to assist you in gaining strength and flexibility, it's not easy. If you are serious about improving all aspects of your life, both mentally and physically, she is a trainer you should seriously consider. If you are considering working with a trainer pick Joan!! She does a detail initial evaluation to find your areas of strength and weakness. And then she details a plan just for you to improve your performance. She is kind, encouraging and patient. She is very specific in her instruction and very clear in her direction. She works the entire body in one hour while incorporating stretching and balance. Two very important components that often are overlooked. Joan makes moving your body fun! And when you’re done you feel a strong sense of accomplishment. I highly recommend Joan!
