I love coming to the gym here. Dana is my trainer and she is awesome! I love when I come in and she says she learned something new and wants me to try. She is always learning and growing, and it shows. She has helped me to be more aware of my posture, and movements in my every day life. Pilates is my favorite.

Everyone at Ideal is kind and welcoming. Dana, my trainer, is terrific. I work with her three days a week, and she strikes the perfect balance between building an overall fitness plan specifically for me and creating varied individual workouts that keep my body from habituating. She can also set up a comprehensive nutrition program for you, if you want it. She’s passionate about fitness, and it shows, but her motivational style is not militant or aggressive. She is always positive and compassionate. As a trainer, and a person, Dana is exceptional—and she’s helping me make great strides with my physique!
