I'm so glad that I found this amazingly lovely non-hot yoga studio in Greenville city! Free public parking is available at 1 min within walking distance.
I have now attended more than 5 classes and loved each class instructor. All are wonderful, so friendly and welcoming.
Katie also uses Sanskrit words during her classes, which, being an Indian feels like a home to me.
Studio is a very grounded, cozy place with the floorings and brick walls - basically, exactly all that I wanted. Studio has all the facilities. You can get there a mineral water, free mats for practice, blocks, straps, bolsters, blankets, knee cushions, hairclips, etc. too.
They have an introductory offer of $20 for 2 weeks for unlimited classes, which is wonderful! Do try, and I'm sure you won't be disappointed :)

Every class I've done here has been VERY diverse and just challenging enough! I really appreciate that every instructor that I've practiced with so far has a mindset of "this is YOUR practice." Each one has been very intentional about giving opportunity to set an intention at the beginning of class, and very encouraging throughout. All the students in the class have ranged from tight/beginner/learning to advanced/flexible/doing their own thing, so I felt very comfortable focusing on myself, on my mat, my breathing, and my practice. You don't have to bring anything but yourself and maybe some water - they have high quality mats, blocks, bolsters, and blankets, so just come as you are. The space is gorgeous and surprisingly VERY quiet given how close it is to the road. I have loved every class here so far!!! The icing on the cake is the $20 new student pass - you get unlimited classes for 14 days!!! It's SUCH a good deal and such a great way to find your rhythm and the instructors you vibe with! Seriously give it a shot!

Every time my partner and I come in from out of town, we make a point to attend Cesar's class on Sundays. The energy in the room, the connection, and the flows are always the best. I highly recommend this studio and his classes! It seems like an amazing community that, if we were local, we would love to be apart of.

I’ve been to 3 classes and they’re always different depending on the teacher. I love the friendly and welcoming environment, they have all the supplies you need there if you have or forget your mat. Love coming here!

This is my favorite yoga studio of all time. The space itself is beautiful and you can sense that a lot of love and intention goes into every element of the business. The teachers are amazing and there is a great variety of classes and teaching styles. I love that they offer pilates and barre as well. It's also a good place to make friends if you are new to town since they host events and the community is very friendly and welcoming.

I have been a HUGE fan of this amazing studio since it opened. A week without Indigo is just not a good week. Katie Hughes has put her heart and soul into creating the this peaceful sanctuary that is not only a place to practice yoga, but it is a welcoming community where everyone feels welcome. Katie’s infectious spirit and loving heart make this place what it is.... And let’s not forget the unforgettable artwork which only adds to the peacefulness of this one of a kind studio. Thank you Katie for sharing so much of yourself and your immense talent with so many!

I stopped in to learn more about yoga. I had taken one class at a different studio, but that class was too fast paced for me .. too Power Flow. From what I could read online on their site, Indigo seemed like it might offer slower paced class.
Either way, I'm just learning, meaning I have only experienced one other class which didn't work for me .. so I asked if I could try a class, like demo, which almost all fitness places (gyms) offer. I didn't think many people are flooding into these yoga studios saying, "Hey, could I try this for free!?" Every other day .. if I'm there and took the time to drive, I'm interested, BUT, I'm similarly not interested in wasting my money by registering for the month.
Sydney advised me, "We don't do that here ..", meaning they don't offer a free "try it out" class. So, I left. We were courteous to each other. No hard feelings. Looks like a very nice place honestly and I would've loved to try a class (and there were only like 5 people there) .. but I want ready to commit to a month without knowing what I'm committing to.
I'm certain it's a great place for experienced yoga lovers, of which I might've become ..
PS - the art was also very nice...

I did my first class at Indigo Flow this past Saturday. It's without question the most beautiful yoga studio I've ever done class in. Katie's class was perfect for me as I'd just finished a long run and was looking for a good, flowing stretch. She incorporated some movements I'd never done before that I'll be adding to my own personal stretching routine.

I'd highly recommend Indigo Flow to anyone looking for a class in the Upstate.

I have been taking classes at Indigo for a year now, and it has truly elevated my practice. I love that there are no mirrors so you can turn inward into your own practice and find what feels good in your body. I'm also a little more curvy than some and they never made me feel different or unwelcome, and that was a big concern for me in the beginning. The teachers are incredible, and I can't imagine taking classes anywhere else. Such a gift to the Upstate community.

Got into yoga about a month before I started at Indigo... it has literally changed my daily perspective, given me back movement in areas I had almost written off, and gives me a peace I take with off the mat and into my daily life. I’d recommend yoga to anyone but, this studio, when they know where you’re at with your own practice, they align and work with you, allowing you to grow at whatever level of interest you have. I’ve been going now every day I have availability and likely will continue for life, highly recommend!

My favorite yoga studio in Greenville! I love the simplicity of the space and the size. Great class sizes, where the teacher can take time to help you with adjustments where needed and you don't feel like just a number in a giant studio. Indigo is extremely welcoming and friendly and it's a joy to practice there!

Loved my class with Katie today! It is what has been missing for me! I adore my yoga practice but I’m not into “fitness studios” that offer a bit of yoga- I’m into a yoga studio where I can deepen my practice of yoga! As my cousin once said- “I don’t go to yoga for a tight butt, I go to yoga to keep my head out of my butt.”
Thanks for building your vision in Greenville. I’ll be back!

This place is just what the West End needs. Local art, meditation, yoga, and soon dance classes. Julie and Katie have made this building a wonderful transformation that breathes in new life to the arts district. Go. Enjoy. And Relax.
