All the workouts are very challenging and it’s great to see how much stronger you get. The coaches/trainers get to know you & will modify the workouts for you. I appreciate how they pay attention to your form to make sure you don’t hurt yourself. Josh, Justin & Corky are amazing. They make the workouts fun. I feel so lucky to have found IT. ITF is my home away from home! Not only do I get personalized amazing workouts, I am surrounded by some of the most kind and fun people I’ve ever known. Since joining a few years ago, I have gained about 20 pounds of muscle! My awesome trainer Josh is so intuitive and is attentive to all of our individual needs. I never would have thought that in my 50’s I would have so much more muscle and feel so strong. Corky (the owner) is so kind, giving, and absolutely hilarious and a joy to be around. So I don’t HAVE to go the gym, I GET to go. Thank you, Corky, for creating the perfect space to get/stay fit and also feel so welcomed and respected!

Where to start!!? Iron Tribe from the moment I walked in has made me feel so welcome. I feel like I walked into a community with their arms are opened wide. I’ve been there a month and they’ve shown me in every way that my health is the most important thing. Not only is the staff wonderful but I have really met some beautiful people there. I have been struggling with self confidence for a long time and I feel comfortable being here, no one judging. It definitely is a Tribe, where everyone is encouraging each other. This gym is truly one of a kind! From the moment you walk in, you feel like part of a family. The members are so welcoming, supportive, and always ready to cheer you on!
Coach Josh always provides helpful tips, correcting form when needed, and encouraging you to push past what you thought you were capable of. Workouts are challenging but fun, and the atmosphere makes you actually look forward to showing up…even at 5am.

Since my wife Joann and I have been coming to Iron Tribe three days a week, we have both experienced strength, weight gain and loss and a good peace of mind.
All of the staff are very knowledgeable and understanding and show you the correct approach to our workouts. They all are also very understanding and easy to work with.
I believe we are at the eight week stage of our workouts and will keep it going as our results show it.

I've been going here for over 4 months now and the workouts are always challenging. They offer many different types of workouts which is good for me. The coaches worked with me from when I got off the couch, to now helping me refine my techniques so I get the most out of each workout. Coaches are motivating, yet not all in your face. If you need them they are there for you, and if you need space to focus the coaches honor and respect that too. The space is sufficient, even when the classes are full, so you're always comfortable when working out. I highly recommend joining the Tribe!
P.S. You better sign up early for that 730am class, it fills up quick!

Like many others, as a "newbie" to Iron Tribe Fitness I was unsure if I'd gotten in over my head. While a regular gym goer with diverse group fitness experience, ITF seemed a little out of my league. None the less, I started the Prime classes with an open mind and commitment to work hard. I soon learned that the "talk" was real - the coaches and members are truly amazing creating a club unlike any I'd experienced before. Coach Josh is a next level trainer. He meets members where they are, pushes hard, expects much and gives more all while making the workouts fun. I'm now regularly taking Push and Power classes with a community of people that feel more like friends every day. Thank you, Iron Tribe!

Joining Iron Tribe Fitness has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health and wellness journey. I was a little nervous walking into a gym with such a strong fitness culture - but those nerves disappeared quickly thanks to the incredibly welcoming environment.
The 5 AM crew is something special. There’s a strong sense of camaraderie, support, and positive energy that makes even the earliest mornings something to look forward to. Everyone shows up ready to work hard and cheer each other on.

Iron Tribe is such a great gym and experience! The coaches here are so nice, personable, and truly invested in helping you achieve a more fit version of yourself. They push you so hard during your workout sessions (which are super easy to schedule) and they help you a lot on form so you don't hurt yourself. There were a lot of days I had no external motivation and wasn't seeing any progress, but I went even when I didnt want to and always felt better afterwards. It was because of the coaches and the fitness friends doing the classes with you!
Also, the gym is full of cool equipment to try! I'm so grateful I got to give this place a chance! Thank you Corky, Chrissy, Joshua and Justin you guys are the best!

I can't recommend PRIME programming enough at ITF Mount Pleasant! Beginning in January, I suffered from a shoulder injury. Becoming discouraged in classes because of the movements I couldn't do, or had to scale, I decided to try a few months of Prime in order for the coaches to create a program to help with my recovery while allowing me to continue strength training. My mobility was such that I couldn't work anything overhead or place a barbel on my back for squats. I was traveling and realized I couldn't even lift my suitcase into the overhead bin on my airplane! I needed help. Fast Forward 3 months of Prime, I'm back to doing thrusters, dumbell snatches, push ups, and yes.. no pain placing a barbell on my back. Justin's programming simply reinforced what my physical therapist was suggesting. Also, I PR'd my hang squat clean, so clearly I continued to build muscle. I've worked with ALL of the coaches at Iron Tribe and they are all my favorite! I'm so excited to be able to jump back into classes now and feel nearly fully recovered. If you've ever thought about doing a few sessions of PRIME, I HIGHLY recommend it!

Every single coach is extremely helpful and knowledgeable in everything they do. I recently had knee surgery and not a single coach has hesitated to ask me how my recovery is going, make appropriate modifications for my limitations, and even incorporate some of my physical therapy exercises into the workouts for me, without making me feel like a burden! The classes show you how to move your body but no pressure to be on the same level as anyone else. In the app you can track your fitness goals and use the inbody tests to see change in muscle massand body fat. The community of people are friendly and willing to show a variety of ways to do something even for the amateur gym go-er. While I was deployed my wife joined this gym and made huge progress towards her fitness goals, she encouraged me to participate in a few workouts to see if it was something I would be interested in. Group fitness settings aren’t something I usually want to be a part of, so I was apprehensive to tell you the truth. After speaking to the owner and hearing about his fitness journey, I decided to be a part of a 6 week challenge to support a small veteran owned business. They have several options to support your goals and fitness level. I started off slow with some individual coaching before I jumped into group classes. The staff made me feel comfortable and the gym members were friendly and supportive. I just completed my 6 weeks and can say with the help of TJ and Justin ( my coaches) I was able to drop 4% body fat and add almost 10 pounds of muscle. I am happy with my results and will be staying as a member. I highly recommend you give this team an opportunity to assist you if you are looking to make some changes in your fitness level or quality of life.

One of the best places to workout at. A very unique program that gives you fast results. It combines detailed exercise and a detailed nutritional plan in one place. The group exercise classes are for all levels and each person gets a great workout at their level and you get a feeling of accomplishment. Their Prime program is a game changer and takes it up a few levels working on YOUR SPECIFIC GOALS!!! You also get fast results!’ You can also do a combination of both and really step it up. Best gym in Mount Pleasant or anywhere. Also the coaches are great and the members become your friends and family by choice. I was NOT a gym or exercise person Iron Tribe changed my life and I am there 5 days a week and love to workout. Who would ever think I would say that. FYI I am an older woman and if I can do it you can do it. If you need some extra encouragement or workout buddies come see the GGGs at the 9:30 class!!! I have had a great experience at Iron Tribe gym and with the staff. I travel to Charleston frequently and can never find a gym I like. The owner Corky was responsive when I requested info and allowed me to try the gym. John was a fantastic coach and was very friendly. The gym has everything I needed, including good equipment, showers and cubbies, and a great community. If I moved here permanently, this would be the gym I join.

I had my first workout at Iron Tribe in Mt. Pleasant about 9 weeks ago as part of a "bring a friend" promo week. Then joined the 6 week transformation challenge and just signed up to become a member. It's been a great experience all around!! The coaches are awesome - knowledgeable, helpful, motivational and friendly. Everyone I've met there is very welcoming and encouraging and the community is a diverse mix of ages, body types, fitness/experience levels, etc. Everyday I go in is a challenge physically and mentally which is exactly what I was looking for. Classes are structured and provide a great mix of dynamic exercises. Workouts have already helped with strength, agility, stamina, and overall heart health. Body fat is down, weight is down, muscle gain is up in my short adventure so far! Thanks Iron Tribe, y'all are awesome!!

For the last few years, i’ve been very on and off at the gym, I’m usually good for 6 months and then bad for 6 months, then I repeat the cycle. I’ve now been coming to Iron Tribe for 10 months and i’m still feeling more motivated than ever, and it’s due to the coaches, the community, the events and all the other awesome things this gym does.
The workouts are challenging and rewarding, and the coaches will help you with all aspects of a healthy life; nutrition, pliability, etc., and again the constant motivation. If you’re on the fence, i’d strongly recommend you come and talk to these coaches about your fitness goals, they can help you get there!

Thank you for letting me jump on the challenges last minute. I have seen amazing results in 2021 and continued this year. You have shown a real good way to follow a process and some fun exercises. Even though some exercises were tough I enjoyed every challenge. Justin thank you for modifying excercises as I couldn't use my shoulder fully. I feel great and back to playing tennis which I couldn't do it for an year!!

Iron Tribe MTP may seem intimidating and you may feel like you can’t do it…but you can. Once you step through those doors Corky and his coaches make you feel at home. Your first workout all those nerves go away because they have nothing but confidence and faith in every single person that comes in. If you can’t do an exercise, no problem. They have a scaled version for you. I highly recommend the 6week challenge to anybody who’s wanting to change their life for the better and lose weight the good way all while learning about nutrition.
My sophomore year of high school I started my weight loss journey at 295lbs. Lost a little over 75lbs that year. Fast forward fours years to when I was in college,
I tried working out but was never into it as much as I am now and got down to about 210 then. I now workout 5-6times a week and weigh 168lbs. I’m happier with my body than I’ve ever been and it’s all due to every single person at Iron Tribe.

After hearing friends rave about Iron Tribe for years, I finally joined 6 weeks ago. My only regret…I didn’t join sooner! The coaches are fantastic and the gym atmosphere couldn’t be more welcoming and supportive no matter what your physical fitness or skill level. As a bonus, the Iron Tribe app allows you to book classes, track your progress and even do YouTube narrated home workouts. I haven’t been so excited to go to gym class since I was in elementary school!

I was always afraid of being judged for the way I look in the gym, but you never feel that at Irontribe. The coaches really strive to make sure everyone feel comfortable and feels a part of the family. I didn’t know what my 6 week challenge would lead to, but here I am going into my 5th month and loving every minute of it. The coaches take time to notice where you’re struggling and look to help, and not make you feel uncomfortable because you aren’t getting it right. They don’t make you feel bad for having to modify, and neither does anyone else. I didn’t really think I would stick it out after the 6-weeks, but here I am almost halfway to my overall weight loss goal, 2 pants sizes down and just more confident and proud of who I’ve become. I’m proud to be a part of this tribe.

Folks have lots of places from which to choose to get fit -- but ITF allows for a focused, intense workout with interaction with FANTASTIC coaches. It's like an experience with personal trainers, but in a group setting. Also, there's a great mix of types of athletes in the classes -- from the high-performing and competitive to the beginner.

I love this gym and the family-type environment. I was a member for apx. 1 year before I had to have a series of knee surgeries (all soccer-related), but they always had a way to accommodate your specific issues and needs. I really enjoyed the workouts, the coaches were awesome and very encouraging and of course Corky and his family are great. Highly recommended.

The atmosphere is Fantastic! The coaches are Genuinely there to teach you and encourage you in every way! The workouts are no joke. I still have a long way to go in my new journey to fitness but because of Iron Tribe and my Wonderful coaches I am feeling syronger and more energetic than I have in 10 years! I am losing weight ..losing body fat and gaining muscle .I am eating a healthier diet and I have no complaints about that for sure!

I absolutely love this place! I joined a 6-week challenge and for the first time in a long time, I finally lost weight! The coaches and owner are amazing and are really invested in helping every client see real results.The workouts are hard but doable and 45 minutes is a good amount of time to workout each day since sometimes 30 minutes isn’t enough and you might not have a full hour free in your day. They have a great nutrition plan that is customized to you and they set realistic goals that you can actually meet within 6 weeks. I love the community feel both in the gym and through the social media following and the gym does a lot of fundraising for charity as well. Whether you have never worked out a day in your life or are a big-time athlete, this place is right for you!
