Mackenzie is the best ever!!!! I had never done personal training so I was nervous to start. From my first session I instantly knew I would be hooked! Mackenzie took the time to sit down and figure out what my goals were and what exercises I liked and didn’t like. She never fails to push me, encourage me, and follow up with me (even when I don’t respond promptly…. Sorry Mackenzie). She makes working out weekly both fun and effective- I couldn’t walk for a week after first session, but now! It’s one of the only things that gets me to wake up at 6 am on a day I’d typically sleep in. I joke with my friends that 30 minute sessions aren’t ever enough- not because the workout isn’t long/hard enough but because we don’t get to chit chat enough!!! Can’t recommend this gym or Mackenzie enough!!!!!!!

I can’t say enough positive things about my experience working with TJ. In just a few months my confidence in the gym completely transformed and I am also happy with the results I am seeing. I went from dreading the thought of working out to looking forward to my sessions every week because TJ provides variety, challenge and I actually laugh a good bit instead of wanting to cry and quit! He is fair and flexible with my schedule and I love having the privacy of the gym and customized workouts. Since moving to Johns Island over 2 years ago I have searched for a “certain” type of personal trainer who will listen to my goals and actually help me achieve them. TJ is awesome. He pushes me but knows when to pull back as well. I feel so much better after a session with him. It’s not easy, but hard work pays off. I would highly recommend TJ and Just You Fitness. I was a little unsure about what to do or what I needed to do to get in shape. Just one session, and I was given a detailed plan of what I’d be doing each session but also things I could do at home. It’s been just a few weeks and I feel like I’m 19 again. I’m not sure who’s happier, me or my wife. TJ and Just You Fitness definitely earned an 11/10. That’s right. I said 11.
