Was given a number of sessions with Clayton as a Christmas gift and it is by far the greatest gift I have received. Alot of research went into finding the right fit for me and I must say Clayton is the right fit. He put a plan together that I can keep up with, he keeps me motivated and accountable. I signed up for additional sessions with him because I am so happy working with him. I highly recommend him to anyone in the market for a trainer.

I've been training with Clayton for four months now. He's been a great guy to work with. I lost over 30 pounds in the first couple of months and I have kept it off. The accountability Clayton provides has been indispensable.

Clayton's place is super clean and well kept. He has all the equipment you will ever need. Even after four months he is always mixing things up and introducing me to new exercises that stretch my abilities and improve my fitness.

Before Clayton was a trainer for Just You Fitness, he was a client. He knows what it's like to have a lot of weight to lose because he's been there himself and he is a great example of how to succeed and achieve weight loss and fitness goals.

Recently had double lumbar fusion and needed to get range of motion and strength back. Was too afraid to do whatever. I needed someone with patience and knowledge to get me back on track. After 2 mths I can reach almost to my toes and have less muscle pain. Highly recommended.

I have been working with Clayton for about 2 months and the experience has been amazing! He knows how to motivate you to get through the workouts without screaming and understands everyone is at a different level of fitness. He is conscious of your previous injuries to taylor your workouts specifically for you. I have notice a change in my clothes and increased energy in the small time i have been working with him. Im excited about my end result and highly recommend anyone to try him out.

Week two in the books. Clayton knows his stuff. I am learning new ways to focus in on muscle groups that I had frankly forgotten about. He has more than enough ways to remind you about those groups. Lol.

So far, I've lost a few pounds and started to change my eating habits. If you are looking for a personal trainer, Clayton is the man. I couldn't recommend him more.
