Wow. This place is amazing. A positive, encouraging, and comprehensive approach to getting stronger -- not just physically, but mentally as well. Karina and Nova take time to understand, build, and grow you into the person you were meant to be -- body and spirit. Phenomenal personal trainers with so much care and concern behind their work. It's beyond what you can imagine!

I have been working with Karina for 5+ years. She is amazing! She listens and works with you to achieve your goals. She's tough (with a great sense of humor) but you will see results. She helped me regain all the strength in my shoulder after rotator cuff and bicep tear surgery. She is the most knowledgeable trainer out there! If you're willing to work Karina make sure you get results!

Karina and Andrea are one of the best teams I've ever met.
I've had quite a few trainers, and they have taught me more about my body than any other trainer has. Moreover, they are helping me get out of a two year rut, successfully.
They go out of their way to collaborate with each other, and me, to make sure that I meet my fitness goals. All while making sure that my body is protected from injury through exactingly correct form.
One thing I have noticed... lots of trainers say, "I'm the best." Andrea and Karina don't boast. They just get to work and let the results speak for themselves.
The fees are fair. You absolutely get your money's worth. In my opinion, you cannot afford not to train with them. You are making an investment in yourself and it will pay dividends many other places.
The facility is clean, private, and a positive environment. Bottled water is always on hand during your workout. Nutritional support is encouraged.
They are the real deal. Could not more highly recommend this team.

Over the years, I have been with several trainers, but none even come close to the level of expertise and knowledge of Karina. Her professional experience and training, combined with an innate ability to create innovative ways to adapt workouts to accommodate physical limitations due to surgeries, age or injuries, are unparalleled. Her fitness center is filled with many unique machines and equipment that are not even found in large gyms. Another unique feature of training with Karina is always having a different workout each time. I always feel better after my workout!

Karina is amazing! I have only been a part of KCF for 9 months and is one of the best decisions I have made. I can see the difference in my body in such a short period of time. Karina motivates me to do better with my diet and stay on track. I have never been so comfortable before working out with a trainer. Karina’s expertise, knowledge and professionalism are top notch. I highly recommend her.

Without Karina I would not be where I am today!!! Just after ONLY 10 months from knee replacement surgery, I am back STRONG. Karina knows the body better than any personal trainer I have ever worked with and I have had many in the past 15 years. She is very educated in her profession and proves it above and beyond with results. I highly recommend Karina to anyone who wants CHANGE in their physical fitness and is willing to work for it. She will push you with encouragement and with a heart to see you teach your full potential. Karina is truly the BEST!!

Karina is very well educated and knowledgeable about the human body - both skeletal and muscular. She understands the aging of the body and cares about the individual. I am challenged when I work out with her, but I know she will not ask more than is healthy for me. In the years I have worked out with Karina, I have had some difficulties with a shoulder and upper arm, but I have done as she has suggested and today, at nearly 63, I have no pain and great range of motion. On top of all that, Karina is fun! KCF is a family!💪🏋️♀️

Having worked with Karina know for over seven years I can honestly say she’s hands down the best at what she does! Being a former college athlete I know the importance of keeping myself in shape and Karina has done just that! Karina Cross is a gem in my eyes! If you want to be physically fit and healthy then she is the trainer to work with. I have worked with her for ten years or more. During this time I had to have spinal fusion surgery. I felt I would never be able to exercise ever again like I had done all my life. But with her knowledge and her expertise she was able to get me up and going again. Now I feel like I can do almost all the things that her clients in my age group can do. I truly credit her for keeping me healthy and on the go!

Karina is amazing and knows her stuff. She cares about your health/fitness goals whether you see her once a week or multiple times per week. Karina builds strength mentally and physically with her clients. She doesn’t push her personal fitness goals off on you like other trainers. You will not bulk up from the strength training. Some other trainers will ignore you or make you feel like a failure but that’s not the case with Karina. If you hit a wall she will get you refocused and investigate your diet and all activity outside of her training sessions. You will be back on track and feeling positive in no time. She religiously tracks your weight, BMI, measurements and more. I saw significant weight loss and muscle gains after a year. I trusted her 3 months after having surgery. She worked as a physical therapist/trainer then. Her 30 minute workouts are challenging too. Karina will modify workouts if needed, understanding everyone is at a different level. Highly recommend Karina Cross! Best trainer in Greenville!!

This is honestly the easiest 5 star review I have ever given. Karina Cross Fitness has truly changed my life for the better. Karina is so knowledgeable about fitness, nutrition, and the human body. She leads by example, and she is totally committed to her clients. After having 4 kids and an ACL surgery, I never thought strength training would be possible for me. She created a plan specifically for me and my exercise routine has changed for the better. I spend less time in the gym and feel so good about myself. Karina is always patient with me when I get off track, and she constantly motivates me to take care of myself first! I can definitely see the results from her program and I have no regrets about taking the risk of hiring her. My 11 year old daughter has participated in sports training with Karina and the results were quick and effective. Karina’s studio feels like a personal boutique and I always feel comfortable training within the space. I highly recommend her services to anyone looking to improve their quality of life and fitness level!
