Overall, it is a great little gym that seems to be dedicated to the residents of Keowee Key. I gave it 4 stars because it has pretty much everything, but a curl and tri-cep machine. That was unusual for me because Planet Fitness, YMCA, and other gyms I have been to had both machines available.

Great variety of equipment and plenty of availability on the machines and weights. Classes too for specialized desires. Includes an indoor swimming pool and many tennis and pickle ball courts outside. Parking can sometimes be an issue.

This is my second time at the fitness center. I like that it is clean and the staff are very friendly. The second time we went however there were 3 small children in the hot tub. Staff did ask them to please get out. Also, the hot tub was not working properly. It was running but cooler, like bath water.
Also, I had a wonderful massage..she was excellent!! However, I wish you provider her a room that provided more sound proofing!! It sounded like there was a class going on above us, bouncing balls, people walking and stairs next to it!! Definitely not ideal. 😐
