This is a great gym with awesome programming, dedicated coaches, and of course a truly phenomenal community of crossfitters. The coaches are great for the beginner all the way to advanced competitors. Without a doubt, if you are in the area Lake Murray CrossFit is something you have to check out.

Before moving to Columbia I had been doing CrossFit for a little over a year. I had a great experience with it so I started back up when we moved here. Bo is one of the best trainers I have ever had. Within months I saw my performance excel. He takes the time to teach all the movements. He has the patience to watch someone perform the move and then correct or teach them on how to do the movement better and stronger. I have truly been shocked the past few months at the improvements I have seen in myself and that is what a quality trainer and gym does for you.
