Limit Lifters Elite Mentorship and Training is a holistic personal training program that focuses on helping all individuals strengthen their mind, body and spirit. We create and instill custom workouts, nutrition guidelines, and personal development courses in order to help our clients live a live without limits! We train both adults and athletes of all ages and skill level.

By far the best sports and mindset training in the upstate for all athletes, but especially the younger ones. If I had a teenager who needed a competitive edge for performance in their sport, I would send them here. AK and team are professional, attentive, caring and above all else all in on your kids. Whatever program you’re considering, it’s all worth it. You won’t be disappointed.

A Game Changer for My Fitness Journey!
I started working out with Limitlifters in October 2023, and it has truly been the best investment I’ve ever made in myself! Since then, I’ve lost 40 pounds and built more strength than I ever imagined possible. The progress I’ve made in such a short time has been incredible, and I couldn’t be happier with my results.
One of the standout aspects of Limitlifters is the team of trainers. While I enjoy working with all of them, Jessica has been my main trainer from the beginning, and she has had a profound impact on my confidence and strength. Without her supervision and guidance, I honestly wouldn’t have had the confidence to lift as heavy as I do now. Our son has been working with Limitlifters for about 8 months, starting at the end of 5th grade. He is a basketball player and we have seen a huge difference in how he moves on the court, his speed, agility, strength and resilience has grown a lot since last season. Jessica and Adekunle are two of my favorite people!! AK is one of the most determined people I know, and even though I don't train with him, he has always made sure to say hello and can put a smile on anyone's face. My Trainer Jessica is one of the best people I know! She is not only my trainer, but my mentor and my friend. Limit lifters is the best thing that has ever happened to me. I tore my meniscus almost a year ago and Ak and Parker have helped me thrive through my rehab process for specifics. My vertical has increased 10 inches. My benchpress has went up 20 pounds and I’ve lost 35 to 40 pounds in just 5 months. All of the trainers here are very motivational and will push you to your limit limits to make sure you get the most out of your workouts. 10/10 experience. You must come in.

AK, Parker and Austin are awesome. My son is a high school freshman basketball player. He has been training with these guys for a year and a half. The workouts are specific to his needs and well balanced for strength, agility and power.
Whether your athlete plays basketball, football, baseball, soccer or anything else. They will train them accordingly.
They are encouraging and will meet your kid where he/she is development wise.
Pricing is very fair and an excellent investment in your athlete.
My son hates to miss the opportunity to work with these guys.
I wouldn’t trust anyone else to manage my kid’s development.

My daughter has been going here an over a year. She started after having to have ACL surgery. Not only has it helped her to become conditioned to return to the basketball court, but it has helped her mentally. Her confidence was built back up and some. A lot of people leave the mental aspect out of sports but Limit Lifters does an amazing job building these athletes physically and mentally. I am blessed to have my daughter with them! After a 2 year health journey where I completely revamped my lifestyle and lost 100 pounds, I hired AK as my trainer in January of 2023 to learn proper weight training and to build strength. I had plateaued with cardio and diet alone so it was time to add in strength training. I’ve always been really intimidated by the weight side of the gym so I have greatly appreciated having a proper guide. With 2 old back injuries, I was nervous to lift and possibly re-injure myself. A good female friend of mine who also had prior injuries recommended him to me. AK’s physio training and knowledge really reassured me that he knew the body extremely well and would be able to adapt any training with my prior injuries in mind. His understanding of sports science and nutrition is fantastic.

I consider myself very blessed to have found a great fit with a trainer on the first go. I know it’s not uncommon for people to have to work with multiple trainers before they find a great fit. I now train with AK twice a week and Parker once a week. I trust them both completely and their attention to my form and overall professionalism is excellent. Everyone is extremely personable, which is important when you spend 3 hours a week with someone, and I look forward to each training session. They’re genuinely concerned with your progress. They use some great technology for tracking your progress, planning workouts, communication, and nutrition that I’ve really appreciated. The facilities where they train are excellent; never too full and everyone is super considerate of each other. I live downtown and the location is very convenient.

I’m currently only 2 months in and I’ve never been stronger or confident in the gym. I’ve made strides in my cardio fitness (improving my VO2 max by 10 points), strength, and appearance. Looking at InBody scans show that in 45 days I’ve been able to lose fat and build muscle simultaneously. I’ve lost inches in my waist and stomach. These changes alone have already reduced so many health risks.

I can’t say enough great things about the value of hiring them as your trainer. As long as you do the work be being a good attitude with you, you’ll make great progress and gain skills that will serve your health and wellness the rest of your life. They train a lot of kids as well as adults and I wish that this had been an option when I was a kid. Giving your kids the experience of learning how to properly train is something that they probably won’t learn in school and will serve them well for the rest of their life. If I had children they would absolutely be training with them as well.

He took into account my goals and self-perceived deficits and built a training program that addressed and improved those areas.
