Kay Baker the owner and trainer of LLFS is the best trainer. Kay is more than a trainer. She has an all women gym and empowers everyone to be the best we can be. It’s more than a gym. Kay talks about nutrition and how important protein is after a workout. She keeps all our workouts challenging and fun. Yes who knew working out could be fun. Kay has small groups which is perfect size. I call the small group I’m in my work out family. Kay encourages us and we encourage each other. If you’re looking for a trainer who is truly uplifting and supportive, Kay at Love Life Fitness is the one! She makes me feel capable, creating a positive and encouraging environment. I have trained with Kay for almost two years. She is a very skilled trainer and always willing to adjust your workout to your needs. After my surgery she has been very good to adjust my training sessions so that I don’t overdo it and at the same time get a workout that will continue to make me stronger.

From the very first day at LLFS I knew I had found my people. Kay is an excellent trainer and with the small group size you get plenty of one on one instruction. The members of this gym are like minded women I can relate to on many levels. We're all there to improve ourselves and be the best we can be. The atmosphere is so welcoming, and Kay truly cares about not just your fitness journey, but you as a human. Since joining July 2024, I've not only become stronger, but I've also built up my confidence in ways I never imagined possible. As a woman, it's empowering to be surrounded by fellow members who uplift each other and cheer on every achievement, no matter how big or small.
Each workout is challenging yet enjoyable, and I genuinely look forward to my time here (even at 5:15am😆) It has become more than just a place to exercise; it's like a second family.
