I stayed here with the Red Cross, it was used as a staff shelter. However, I was impressed with the facility. A full gym and gymnasium, with modern equipment (though we were not allowed to use the equipment, we could see its quality and durability. I’ve been training regularly here for 8 months. They have everything most gyms have as well as two full basketball courts and a tenth of a mile indoor track! Whatever type of training you want to do there are personal trainers at Relentless Life Center that can provide it. Very reasonable monthly membership fee.

I like coming the gym to work out and train but and it could have gotten a 5 star but it is filthy. thick dirt and dust dried up throw up spit on the floors. It really needs to be deep cleaned. bathrooms nasty, equipment dirty, NEED TO HIRE CLEANERS. Not sure why this is not a top priority!!!!! Needs some major updates. U charge membership so money is not an issue.

The Relentless Life Center is a well-maintained and attractive gym that I like to visit occasionally. On my days off, I often come here to play basketball. The facilities are top-notch, with a great court and plenty of space to practice and play. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist with any needs. Family friendly. Very cheerful and helpful staff. The facilities have everything you need for a full day of working out. The walking trail, machines and weights of ever kind. Unfortunately, I was only a member for 8 days and that was enough for me. Josh lied to me and said I wasn't going to be charged until January 15. I was charged on December 15 and was given the run around by the staff just to get my money back. The machines are all beat up, broken and taped up. I could have seriously hurt myself bc 2 of the machines should have been labeled as broken. Definitely Not worth the money or the stress. I will NOT return!

We stopped to check out this building due to its unique design. It is a very spacious gym with multiple basketball courts. They also have a 1/10 mile indoor track, weight machines, cardio machines, spin bikes. There are also separate rooms for speed bags and yoga. There is a reasonable monthly membership fee, but it seemed well worth it.

Such a great gym and community. The gym is absolutely huge. It has a great weight room with both free weights and machines, a separate room with cardio equipment, an indoor track, a large class room area or separate workout room, and of course two basketball courts. The locker rooms are nice and include lockers, bathrooms, showers, and a sauna. Usually very clean. They also have day care for those with children. They staff are also very nice and helpful people! Great gym!

My husband and I found recently moved to Greenville and were researching gyms. We tried out ones our friends go to and found they were paying $75/month! This place has everything you would ever need for training, bodybuilding, running, power lifting, basketball, Crossfit, etc. I love how the locker room has a sauna and showers with shampoo, body wash, and conditioner included, AND they give you towels! I've been working out at various gyms in various cities for over 30 years. I started coming to the Imagine Center about 3 months ago. Albeit, I only use the gym for the morning "The Mixx" class with Torrin, we still make use of the track, the first floor area (away from the bball courts), and the first and second floor weight lifting/machine rooms. Here are my opinions.

The general staff are extremely friendly, professional, and helpful.
The facilities are always clean, well lit, and well laid out.
The location is great!
The equipment exceeds my expectations (I know it's difficult and VERY expensive to make this perfect. But they do a fantastic job of keeping tabs on what needs to be fixed/replaced . . . better than any other gym I've belonged to).
The Mixx class has a great format that keeps me (and lots of others) coming back consistently. It accommodates the spectrum from the young and very in-shape to the older, trying to get back into shape.
The instructor, Torrin, gets my vote, hands down, for being the best instructor I've ever had! I can't say enough about him. But here's a few things:
- His friendliness, attention to detail, and openness to questions/comments,
- He knows everyone's name and consistently checks to see how each person is doing during a class.
- He keeps track of individual's ailments/surgeries/sicknesses/challenges, that may keep someone from doing a particular exercise. Then he recommends a substitute exercise, as applicable.
- He knows how to motivate folks just the right amount so as not to embarrass them or turn them off, but rather to make them want to do their best.

I'm currently using a Living Social voucher for a 90-day membership, but plan to join for the long-term.

This facility is very clean and has all of the exercise equipment you need for stretching, weight training and cardio. They also have classes. And, they have a separate exercise/weight room for women only.

Bought a Living Social deal so it is a dirt cheap membership for 3 months. I have been going in the late morning/lunch time period and the place is fairly empty. The indoor track is also good for light running and walking.

I haven't found anything to complain about. I don't use the basketball courts.

Maybe the locker room is a bit small and the showers older, but the place is clean.

People are friendly and appear to care about their facility.

Based on comparison to other facilities I've used, this is better.

I joined Imagine Feb. 2011 and signed a 1 year contract. It was up Jan. 2012. They have been taking $32 out of my checking account since Jan. because they say that I was supposed to "CANCEL" my membership when my contract was up or they will continue to "bill" me. I've never seen a letter or heard a phone call or been given a "bill". I also was NEVER told that I needed to do that after my contract was up. To be a "CHRISTIAN" gym, I am shocked that they feel its ok to do this to people. Its like stealing. I called the gym and they told me to call a 1-800 number, so I did. When I finally got through to someone there, they told me to call the gym! Again, I called the gym and a girl told me that "Josh" would have to call me back. After waiting for a phone call, Josh finally told me that I needed to call the 1-800 AGAIN to cancel my draft from my checking account. So, since Jan. 2012 they have taken $224 out of my account because I didn't cancel my own membership! Wow. No reimbursements given and no apology given.
When I signed up for this "Christian" gym NO ONE EVER told me that I would have to do this! I would have NEVER signed up if they had! I guess that's how they "get" you. I have a bad taste in my mouth about this church anyway and this just pushed me over the edge. I'm glad my money can go towards the 'neccessities' of this "christian" gym. Very flashy.
I would not recommend this gym to anyone.

I've been a member for about four months and I have to say I'm really surprised at the reviews. Granted I don't play basketball so I can't talk about that, but they have a ton of classes at all different times and the cardio and weight rooms are very nice. The equipment is always clean and kept pretty nicely maintained; I've never had a problem. The one time a machine has been "out of order" it lasted for about four days, so they do actually fix things unlike some gyms that just slap a sign on it and then ignore it for six months.
It's also almost never crowded, at least not when I go; I did go one time during the standard lunch-break time (around 12:30) and there were quite a few folks there, but it wasn't like I was waiting around to use a machine. The few times someone has been using a piece of equipment I wanted they've been very friendly and willing to let me work in, or I've been able to find an equivalent. Yes, there are definitely a few roidheads there, but even they're always polite and decent. Everyone I've talked to has been nice enough. I'm a small white guy and a Buddhist and I've never really noticed any A) racism or B) preaching. Yes, they do sometimes play Christian music on the sound system, but seriously if you're non-Christian and you live in Greenville and you're still getting offended by things like that, your problem is you, buddy. The sound volume's kept pretty low anyway (which also is a problem for some people, apparently, but come on; even I own an iPod, who's left in America who doesn't at this point? Bring your own tunes.) Honestly, I've never had any but good experiences here and I'd absolutely recommend it.
