I have taken Pilates reformer classes at other studios with 12 reformers. The instructors cannot watch or help 12 people in a class at the same time. With 4 reformers in a group class, Lowcountry Power Pilates gives you much more individual and personal attention. All of the instructors are excellent and you learn different tips from each one. I highly recommend checking out Lowcountry Power Pilates!

Lowcountry Power Pilates Studio in Mt. Pleasant has been a great find for me! The staff is knowledgeable, considerate, and easily adjusts to every member of the class. Care is taken that the work is done correctly, so the maximum benefit is experienced by each client. Classes are small and a friendly atmosphere enhances the whole body workout.

I am (was) a complete beginner to pilates when I contacted Joyce and attended my first session. I was immediately hooked! She and her team are very patient and meticulous in explaining each move while insuring you are doing it the correct way. I am currently dealing with a significant health issue, however my sessions at Low Country Power Pilates are proving to be amazing mental and physical therapy! Each time I attend a session, I walk out refreshed, motivated, and have a whole new positive outlook. Thank you LCPP!

Low Country Pilates and owner/instructor Joyce Ganzermiller is a game-changer! The combination of challenging routines, focus on core strength, and an emphasis on proper form makes it incredibly effective. I love the way the class incorporates both mat work and reformer exercises. The flow of the class is perfect – it's challenging but not overwhelming. Joyce Ganzermiller’s expertise shines through in every session. She has a keen eye for detail and provides clear, concise instructions and is incredibly patient and encouraging. Thanks to this class, I've noticed a real difference in my posture, muscle tone, and an overall reduction to joint and body pain. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced Pilates practitioner, I highly recommend Low Country Pilates you won't be disappointed!

I am always surprised when I am able to do something I couldn’t do before. Joyce and the other instructors are patient and good at explaining how to do certain moves and where I should feel it. Little by little, I am getting stronger, thanks to their guidance and encouragement. I look forward to going each week!

I've been participating in pilates at LowCountry Power Pilates for 20 months. It's the first time I've ENJOYED exercising. Imagine my surprise when I mistakenly put on my husband's jeans this week and they fit. I even fully zipped them up! What a welcome and happy surprise!

Always challenging regardless of a persons ability. Each instructor has varying styles which increases the classic Pilates experience!!!!!!! Studio is intimate and very clean and all classes start and end on time ( I wish they were longer!!!!) always able to get a spot on the weekly schedule!!!!!! I enjoy each and every second in each class!!!!!!! Thank you “low country Pilates” I’m addicated!!!!!! PJP

I was 80 when I took my first class! Joyce made sure I was oriented thoroughly and I began in her small class environment. All this helped build my confidence that I could do this!
Over the months I attended 2 classes per week continuing to get personalized attention as needed and saw my strength, balance and focus improve!! No matter your age, you need keep yourself strong!

I just started Lowcountry Power Pilates this past month and already feel the difference. I started with 5 private classes and as a beginner I felt totally comfortable and the trainers were excellent. I had different ladies each time and they were all fabulous. Everyone has such a great attitude and loves what they do and it shows. Joyce the owner is great with follow up and communication. I just started the group classes and I was totally comfortable and it was a great work out especially for a beginner. I highly recommend this if you are looking for a way to get in shape and tone and feel good.

I’ve been attending Lowcountry Power Pilates for almost a year, and the improvements in my strength and flexibility have been incredible—I honestly don’t think I’ve ever been stronger! The small class sizes (just 4 people max) ensure personalized attention, which I really appreciate, especially since I have ongoing neck issues. Joyce and her team are amazing at tailoring workouts to accommodate injuries. The scheduling process is super easy, the studio is always clean, and the instructors are absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend Lowcountry Power Pilates!

I’ve gone to the Lowcountry Power Pilates Studio for several years and am so thankful to have this option in Mt. Pleasant. Joyce is a classically-trained teacher who really follows the brilliant form that Joseph Pilates devised. Within a short time of taking classes, I was stronger, breathed better, cared for my body better and always looked forward to class. Joyce knows how to keep the workouts varied and gives a lot of personal attention. She also cleans with all natural ingredients, which I appreciate. I highly recommend this studio.

I love working out with Joyce. She pushes me hard so that I get the most out of my workouts, but she is aware of my past injuries and modifies my workout so that those injuries are not further exacerbated. I also enjoy the personalized focus on my workouts so that I know Joyce is making sure my form is correct (so that I get the most impact from each exercise and so that I don’t hurt myself). She offers group as well as private classes and works towards your specific fitness goals and levels. The workouts are challenging, you will see change in your core, strength, and mind.
