*By appointment only. Private weight lifting sessions for women who want to transform their physique and improve their health. All fitness levels are welcomed, from beginners who have never lifted before, to advanced lifters who may need help with technique, programming, or just some extra motivation & accountability. ACE Certified Personal Trainer Michelle Gallagher is passionate and experienced in helping women gain strength and confidence, along with nutrition education and assistance. Each session prioritizes form and technique, and is designed specifically for you and your goals.

I’ve been working out for quite a few years now, but correct form in certain lifts I struggled with. In my first session she corrected me and I literally wanted to run a mile with how happy my lower back felt lol. She’s a queen. See her! Reasonable pricing, personable, cutest studio ever. Working out with Michelle has been a very different experience for me. In my almost 80 years l have been a runner, then a “walker” 😄, in a couple YMCA-style workout groups, and a treadmill enthusiast, but the last few years just sitting all day at work! Determined to try to get in better shape and health, I asked Michelle to get me started. She was very intuitive about what I could do and started me slowly on several devices with comments like “very good! Just 2 more lifts” or “1 more minute”. She made me feel successful whatever I tried! And I appreciate her attention to my abilities and being new to workout “machinery”! Finding Michelle has been ridiculously lifechanging! I've only been seeing her for a few weeks, but I can already see results in my physique and overall strength and wellbeing. She pushes you to your limits while jamming to what YOU wanna listen to! Michelle is amazing! I’ve been working with her almost a year now, and she’s helped me accomplish goals I didn’t even have on my radar. Everything about her is so welcoming and encouraging. She supports any woman at any fitness level, meets them where they’re at, and helps them reach for more. For being a small studio gym, she’s got all the equipment you need too- from lighter weights and bands to a cable machine to heavy barbells and squat racks. Highly recommend!

I am so happy that I have joined MGFIT! Michelle has been absolutely amazing in learning and understanding my goals and helping plan my workouts accordingly. In addition, she is so knowledgeable on form and technique. I feel so comfortable knowing that I am doing the lifts correctly and activating the right muscles. If you’re thinking about training with Michelle, do it now! I have always gone to the gym and went back and forth on whether to train with Michelle or not and was so happy that I did. Michelle helped me get to the next level in my training that I was struggling to get to by myself. She helps you reach your full potential and helped me get to places I never thought I would be. She is not only encouraging and motivating in the gym but is also always willing to help with nutrition, the gym outside of sessions, and anything else you need help with. I can’t even explain how working out at MGFIT Training studio with Michelle has changed my life! I’ve lifted weight on and off for years but until I met Michelle I never took it seriously. As a society we typically look to working out for weight loss and focus on the # on the scale. At MG FIT, while your personal goals are important, Michelle focuses on whole body health, wellness, and strength. I can’t even begin to explain all that she has taught me about weight lifting, nutrition, and loving your body & strengthening your mind, too! Since starting with MG FIT in January, my entire being has changed, I am stronger and able to do things (such as yard work, etc.) that I would’ve never been able to do 6 months ago. My blood pressure has significantly improved, and I have so much more appreciation for the food that fuels my body! Michelle’s studio is not just to work out, it is a place of learning and achieving goals that you never knew were possible! I love it here!

Training with Michelle has easily been one of the best choices I’ve ever made! Not only has she truly inspired me herself, but she’s also inspired me to become the best version of myself. When I first started with her about a year ago, I was struggling with life. Eventually I chose to quit drinking, I ended my drug addiction, went to therapy, and started training with Michelle at her studio.
Over the course of the last year, she has watched me transform physically and mentally. I never in my life thought I’d be in this kind of shape! And she was there coaching me every step of the way. Her dedication, ingenuity, attention to detail, and great sense of humor, she’s hands down the best on the beach!

The STRONG GIRL CLUB is the BEST fitness experience you will ever get! I was so nervous to jump into personal training after not working out in forever, but Michelle makes you feel SO comfortable and works with you every step of the way! Honey where do I start? If you aren’t going to MGFIT Studio you ain’t doing life right!! Michelle is the most genuine person Iv ever met. Training with her has helped me tremendously in so many ways. I suffer from crippling anxiety and occasion seasonal depression and training with Michelle has helped me control it in a way I didn’t know I could. I was also having low blood sugar issue from not eating correctly and now it’s 100% back to normal! Iv never been so confident. Michelle makes you feel so comfortable working out and keeps it fun! I am never comfortable going to a gym so her private studio is perfect. It being secluded isn’t all that sold me though! This woman has such an amazing personality, so much compassion for health and fitness, and she truly has your best interests at heart gives it her all when training you. I highly recommend MG FIT!! Michelle is the best! I look forward to our sessions every week! she teaches form first so you actually know what you are doing how you should feel and where it should be targeting. For me coming from absolutely no experience with weights she helps me understand the movement in a way I never thought I would be able too! She has made working out and using weights such an exciting enjoyable experience and makes me want to keep going! It is a very comfortable atmosphere with no creepy gym rats starring you down and no one to compare yourself too. If you have ever been hesitant about going to the gym but want to learn and work out in a comfortable environment with a very sweet and patient trainer who will help you reach all of your goals this is where you should be! I thought I wasn't a beginner when I started with Michelle, but with the amount of knowledge I have gained training with her the past 4 months, I basically was. She is professional and so passionate about what she does. Best place for women to train if they’re not very comfortable being around a lot of people, I personally love it because of that. The equipment is in great shape, and the owner Michelle makes sure to keep everything sanitized after use. As for Michelle she’s very professional, personable, and extremely fun to train with!
