The trainer at Mobility Fitness LLC is magical. I am a retired dancer suffering from a hip injury. My mobility is painful and limited. I regularly use a cane at the young age of 44. The trainer from Mobility Fitnesd is the best health care professional I have ever had! He is expert in fitness, strength training, nutrition, yoga, aging, and body mechanics.
I came to him after 6 weeks of physical therapy and thinking I needed knee surgery. With his help, not only is my knee doing well, but I have improved my strength, muscle mass, stamina, mobility, and overall health. In addition, I have always seen him exhibit such care, concern, and kindness towards his clients. He is truly remarkable!

The team at Mobility Fitness is the best! I went in for knee pain and after 1 session the pain is gone. Before scheduling with them, I was considering seeing an orthopedic specialist. He told me exactly what was wrong with my knee and then we worked together to fix it with gentle strengthing and stretching techniques. It was great. I will go back again.
