Great facility, helpful staff, and amazing hours. They're also constantly improving the facility, which is nice. They did put me into collections for $120 without warning while I was deployed, though, so I have to dock a star for that.

This gym is always clean and with 24 hour access it's always open. Very well taken care of, and most people pick up after themselves and put the weights back when they are done. Plenty of cardio equipment and a room to do core work with medicine balls and kettle bells. Very reasonably priced also I am glad to be a member.

In my opinion, Christine is a God send. I am grateful for her sensitivity to each person's limitations and quickly assists with an alternative version of each exercise. Her greatest traits are her sincerity in helping us all reach our goals, listening to help and her professionalism while making each session fun. For all of my over weight life, I have not wanted to be in a group setting for exercise but I'm happy that I answered the ad on Facebook.

Too hot, smells like mold very badly, equipment is very old and some things you can’t use. I don’t like the fact that everyone uses the same towel to wipe down equipment.

I am a member and it's quite convenient. One huge Con. The air stays on 76. You just can't work out without over heating in temps like this. Unfortunately I have to look else where due to the thermostat as much as Id like to stay. If you can handle that temp before even warming up it's a great place.

I love this gym nestled in the small community of Springdale. It’s clean, open 24 hours and safe, located inside Springdale police Department. The owner is friendly and helpful and happy to answer any questions or assist anybody with any concerns.
