Absolutely love this gym! My one daughter began in rec classes and then moved to the competition team. Over the span of less than one season, it became clear that we found a hidden gem in the gymnastics world. The passion and love that these coaches pour into the athletes is unmatched. Their dedication to growing these young ladies into strong, confident, well rounded athletes both in and out of the gym is incredibly rare to find within any sport. Ended up putting my other daughters into the rec classes there so they could be a part of such a fun & positive environment too! Looking forward to being a part of this gym family for many years to come :)

My daughter is 7 and has been going here since she was 3. She absolutely loves her coaches and teammates and they all cheer each other on and are more like family. We’ve been at this gym for almost seven years. We’ve never even considered another gym. The coaches take care of my daughter like she is their own. She has had the same coaches for the entire seven years she’s been there. To me, that says a lot about a facility. We are proud to be a part of the NLGA family!

Amazing staff and coaches! My daughter had never done any kind of gymnastics and started in their rec program. She loved it so much she was begging to do team. They have helped her tremendously improve her skills and she’s now in her first year of team! She would live at the gym if we would let her! She absolutely loves all the coaches and is so incredibly supportive of all her teammates and other team girls, and they are so incredibly supportive of her. Such a great environment for learning gymnastics but also for learning great life skills and how to be an amazing team player! Could not love this place more!

We absolutely love NLGA! The staff is amazing, they clearly have a passion for what they do, care about their gym and all the kids who practice there, both team and rec. This is a great place to not only teach children gymnastics but also teach them about teamwork and good work ethics. They also make friends and have fun while learning. The owners and staff are professionals and they really care about their students.

Communication is horrible. The lady at the front desk will tell you one thing, the owner and his wife will
tell you something completely different as well. My child loved her coaches, but never really moved to the next level. Inside is a little dirty and no one wears masks. Wouldn’t recommend. Wish I could’ve given no stars! Don’t give them your bank info because they will still charge you, even after the lady at the front desk tells you that if you give them enough notice they can stop the draft. Lies all lies!!!!!

This is the 1st day, my granddaughter really enjoyed it. Should be more information for beginners, as for just how everything works instead of waiting, and then asking one of the mothers where the beginners go, she was very helpful. Overall very good.

This gym has gone above and beyond with Covid precautions, cleaning and monitoring!!! They have the most amazing staff and coaches. We started at age two and my daughter is now 5 and on the competitive team. The progress she has made is unbelievable and so fun to watch!! Their summer camps and parents night out are another big hit in our house.

My daughter has been going to next level for 3 years. She started as rec and has moved up to silver on the competition team and continues to grow as an athlete and person. Lauren and Ken provide an organized and competitive atmosphere where the girls not only grow as gymnasts but as people. We also do private lessons with the staff.

We were excited to hear they offered mental toughness classes for the team girls which help them grow mentally.

Our daughter looks forward to her gym time every day and have never considered going anywhere else! We would highly recommend.

My 4 year old daughter just started gymnastics and is in love. I like this establishment. The teachers are great with her and they are very nice about everything. I love being able to sit and watch her do her thing and also love the location of the gym.

Before buying a Groupon I called and asked staff about any other requirements or charges to expect they said no, bought the groupon. Came in and they asked for a card on file Incase she wanted to enroll, but promised that it wouldn’t be charged until after she had taken 4 classes and made a decision. 2 classes in I was charged $79, I called they said they would do a refund, month later and 3 more calls NO REFUND, the manager said that the girl never did the first one. Please never never give these people your financial information. Our child stopped going and we went through the necessary hoops to cancel ...and the following month we were still charged every month we call and email and they tell us they will fix it for 5 months now. Starting fraudulent process now but hopefully I can save someone else from this hassle.

Day my kids started no one greeted us, nor told us where to go.It wasn't organized. I was explained one thing over the phone and something totally different in person. Granted my kids liked the class they joined. I called and spoke with a Heather and she was VERY disrespectful to what i was calling about even after I explained what was told to me.

Facility has great set ups for both young beginner children and older seasoned athletes is separate areas. Gym owners are respectful of your time. Wish we didn't live so far away, but will certainly be back if we ever move closer to the area.

I called on the and asked about some training for my son. They said on Saturday at 12 they had a clinic to teach him how to do his hand stands better. I showed up my son was so excited and they said there is not clinic today they don't know who gave me the information. Didn't offer to give him a small call or anything. My son was really looking forward to this class just to be told no. This is the worst gymnastic Experience I've ever had. They need to realize that parents go off what the staff says and they are effecting the children. I will NEVER return to this Establishment!!!!!!!

Great Place! Great coaches. New facility but still growing strong. My daughter joined their Level 3 team at 6 yrs old and their mini TOPs. She has come so far. Very impressed with the coaching as well as their compassion and how they show individual attention to each gymnast to get the best result. I encourage you to go for an evaluation if your child's current gym isn't challenging your daughter to get her best and just keeps holding her back.
