I’ve been seeing Tanner for over a year. He has worked tirelessly on my posture and balance. Being a 3sport athlete in past his workouts bring back my days of youth. If you have Parkinson’s don’t be afraid to give him a call. You won’t regret it!

Tanner is a great guy and an excellent teacher. He’s very patient and knowledgeable. His facility is clean and organized. I would give him more than five stars if I could.

If you have Parkinson's, then Parkinson's Boxing will boost your cognitive, ability to balance, and your self confidence. Morale is a huge part of staying ahead of this disease. Give them a call.

Tanner is amazing with his customers. He treats them with tender care and concern for each one individually. Not every Parkinsons Patient is the same. I have been bringing my father to Tanner for (I believe) 1 year now. On my dad's good days there is a major difference. However, it's up to my dad to put the work in. This totally relies on the patient. If you just go once or twice a week but don't keep up the workouts at home, you will not benefit from Boxing or Physical Therapy. I can not speak enough good words or expressions about the work Tanner is doing. He works with his heart. He truly cares about his patients. That makes a huge difference in sometimes life. It makes them want to show up and put the work in. It helps the family understand the capabilities of the family member for the day (because those capabilities change day to day). He challenges their motor skills, their mind, as well as their physical components.
As an added bonus, he even holds Coffee Socials for the Parkinsons Boxing Clients! So they have a chance to meet other people who are like minded and going through the same experiences as themselves. It's such a great idea! It's still building, but he's onto something. One day we'd like to see this area have a Caretakers group for Parkinsons Families! But until then we highly recommend this family owned gym! Thank you Rachel and Tanner Atkinson for helping my father, and giving him back hope and life!
