Iβve been training with Chris at Parks Pilates and have seen a noticeable increase in both my strength and flexibility. One of the things I appreciate most is how these improvements have carried over into other exercises and daily activities β I feel stronger, more mobile, and more confident in my movement overall.

Chris is very patient and considerate of his clients limitations and abilities and adapts the workouts accordingly. Very beneficial for the mature generation to retain our ability to stay mobile and active. Nice studio and convenient for Keowee Key residents.

Great place for pilates. Chris and Sharon are fantastic instructors. They'll work with you according to your needs and both are very welcoming and encouraging. It's a missed opportunity if one never gets to know and be one of their clients. I highly recommend them especially coming in as a beginner and never knowing anything about pilates.

Sheron is a fantastic Pilates instructor. Classes are challenging and fun. She is also responsive to your needs and development in Pilates. Highly recommend Parks Pilates.

Parks Pilates is all I was looking for: a small, well-appointed studio with private sessions that would focus on maintaining my bone health as I reach my late 60s. Parks Pilates was all of that and more! The studio was spotless with all the equipment we needed and Chris was the perfect trainer who took the time to create sessions that focused on my specific goals. On top of that he is a great explainer and I very much appreciated his patience as I learnt.

I recommend trying Pilates with Sheron. She is a wonderful instructor who will tailor the class to focus more on your goals and needs. During my time with her, I felt challenged and motivated to continue the class. Each class was unique and provided me with new challenges each week. Not only that, but Sheron patiently corrects my form and makes sure I am using the correct muscles.
