The Palmetto Business Association held their monthly membership meeting in the Historic Pelzer Gym, and what a gem it is! What an amazing building with so much history, did you know there is an old pool under the gym and the boys and girls had to swim on different day!

A historocal location that is the strong pulse of a still-beating hometown heart. This gym provides a sense of community and offers a place for everything from senior community meetings to youth sports. People volunteer their time to work here. It is a valuable resource that deserves and desperately needs renovation and preservation.
