Have been practicing Pilates on the Reformer for about nine years. I have a history of lower back pain, and as is common with this issue, much of it was due to weak core muscles. The Reformer has improved my abdominal strength and posture. My lower back pain is well managed. The trainers are mindful of my other health conditions and have helped me improve my balance. The workouts are challenging yet tailored to each client's level. All the instructors are excellent. I have participated in both classes and personal training. Since my hearing is compromised, I have started focusing more on personal training, which has worked out exceptionally well. I appreciate the facilities and the way I am treated. Real men do Reformer, including the professional football players that this staff has trained.

I am an 83 year old who has trained with Suza nne for nearly 5 years. It is one of my best decisions. Pilates has been great for my balance,strength,flexibility and posture. Suzanne always challenges me and she is one Awesome lady!

I’ve been going to Group Exercise classes for years. After taking my first reformer class at Performance Pilates Plus, I was hooked! It is a full body workout. I am sore every time because the classes are never the same. The reformer works so many different muscles that my other strength classes don’t always target. The instructors are awesome and I love the small group size as it allows for more of an individualized attention.

I started training with Suzanne after multiple rounds of physical therapy for deteriorating disks and it helped me avoid major surgery for 3 years. Finally, my deteriorating discs required a L-4, L-5,S-1 fusion. After returning to training she helped me surpass my expectations for mobility, strength and most importantly is helping me regain my ability to golf, landscape, and many other activities that were lost to my disability. I cannot thank her enough.

I’ve done Pilates with Suzanne, Nicole and Christy for over 15 years. I think Pilates is the best all-in-one workout! It works your strength, core , balance and flexibility. The instructors are awesome. They make each workout different, fun and challenging for all levels. You will never be bored and will always feel like you have gotten a good workout. I highly recommend Performance Pilates Plus.
