I absolutely love this gym! Faith the club manager really knows what she’s doing and the staff also! They’re friendly and keep this place so judgmental free! I’ve never felt like I could go to a gym alone but here I feel 100% safe and secure! The facility for black card members are also AMAZING! I drive over 30 minutes to come here when there’s another planet fitness 15 minutes away from me I love it that much!

If I could leave negative stars, that’s what I would do don’t become friends with the managers because whenever you’re in a crisis, they’ll lie to your face and you won’t find out about it until a year later took over $300 from Me after I thought I had closed my membership because the manager at the time was a friend and I had no car to be able to get to the gym I had broke down. I needed a new transmission which at the time my car was more important than a gym membership so I canceled it or so I thought turns out she never canceled my membership and a year later I’m getting $300 taken out of my account and they’re offering no help no refund all because I can’t log into my old email to find out if there’s a document saying that my membership had been canceled. They’re very rude not understanding and the planet fitness that makes millions of dollars can’t offer a refund to me because of their mistake not Mine. Make that make sense . I started a membership at crunch fitness and when my son was born early they offered to freeze my account and my husbands account for a few months so we would be able to pay our medical bills . Crunch seems to be more understanding and family friendly and for that I’m sticking with them .

I travel across the Carolinas for work and know I can always count on my black card to get me into a solid gym so I'm not stuck at the hotel gyms. I've got a say, this has got to have the worst layout I've ever seen. There's hardly any room for people using the weights. Why is the lobby so big when there's no room for the other stuff? The equipment is in great shape and it's clean but holy cow, I had to stop my workout to type this bc someone has got to change this.

Overall good place to go. Staff is pretty great and they work to keep the place clean. I dunno a lot about gyms but I could probably eat an entire rotisserie chicken here using the floor as a plate and probably not get sick so if you don't do that or start a fight with a dude with huge muscles to show dominance while attempting to attract mates you're fine.

This is the only Planet Fitness in Anderson. The facility is a bit on the smaller side, although clean and well maintained. I went in around noon and found the location to be somewhat busy and relatively crowded. All of the machines were in good working order and all of the staff were helpful and friendly. I would come here again.

Lots of equipment to choose from. Pretty clean facility. Showers are fairly kept up and I haven't seen any major issues. I'm not sure if it is a company wide issue but if the local locations would use the app to inform us of things like showers being closed for cleaning or "be cautious, new sign construction outside but we're open" it would be a bonus!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I really appreciate how responsive and considerate this Planet Fitness location is! A few weeks ago, I reached out to them suggesting a bike rack for those of us who ride to the gym. They replied quickly, letting me know they would reach out to their landlord for approval. Fast forward to today, and I walked in to see a brand new bike rack installed right outside the gym!

It’s a small thing, but it really shows they are willing to take action to improve the experience. Thank you for listening and making it easier (and safer) for cyclists like me!

As a senior citizen and workout enthusiast, I have belonged to a gym virtually my entire life. I work out at least four times a week and have been a member of many different gyms. In addition, after a long and successful business career, I have often noticed how marginal employees are fired and exceptional employees are not rewarded properly. All of the employees at this location are fantastic, but one employee in particular is truly exceptional. Faith is an employee who reflects “best in class”. She always has a positive attitude, she greets every member when they arrive and leave, and she takes personal pride in making the equipment shine. Whenever I have had questions on billing and membership related topics, she has gone the extra mile to provide me accurate feedback and resolve any concerns. I truly hope the management team recognizes when they have an employee ready to be promoted.

I happily encourage anybody considering a new gym to give this Planet Fitness location, serious consideration.

The woman with the top bun/dark hair and glasses… terrible. She’s absolutely so rude and should not have a job there in what is usually a great environment. This is the second issue we have had with her and this time she wouldn’t even make eye contact with me when I was just trying to buy a product. I will not be coming back to this gym if she is there. No good tanning beds here they don’t change the bulbs so you just waste your time trying to get a tan. But the gym was nice and clean. New to the area. Have been a member in another state for several years. Bad impression. Guy at the desk is very rude. No group classes which PF prides itself in! No one shows you around. 360 room and abs combo room. No room to exercise on mats . Basically no room for a group class if offered. But its not. Very strange because I noticed Easley and Greenville have group classes. Its advertised on Home Screen that they have classes. Update. No the management is not interested in new ideas. The Manager and district manager both said they have no plans on having a trainer at the Anderson or Clemson
