I absolutely love this planet fitness. The staff and managers are so amazing. They are kind, friendly, and do an excellent Job at making me feel welcomed. I signed up for the total body enhancement tanning at a specific time. The lady at the desk let someone else walk in and tan in my spot under MY name. I lost my tanning time, and the next few spots after were already taken. All she could do was say sorry. Needless to say, I was livid.

This is my FAVORITE PLANET FITNESS. I cannot go into the fact that they keep this facility so CLEAN. It is immaculate in comparison to the one, unfortunately closer to me in Carolina Forest. I wish I lived closer-- I would go to this one ALL THE TIME. They have set high expectations for me. I believe Kelly manages this place? She's wonderful -- I truly believe she is the reason the place stays as tidy and kept up with in comparison to the others. THANK YOU!

This place is flat out great and it is the team that runs it that truly makes it special. They are friendly and greet you with a smile when you check in, no matter what time of day it is. Whether it is 6AM or 6PM this group will consistently clean, dust, etc. to ensure the facility is well maintained. They always do the “little things” to make members feel as if they are more than just someone who pays a monthly fee. If the customer service that takes place at the gym wasn’t enough, they also make sure they take care of the people in their community. Kelli and her staff are the example of what it takes to have a well-run facility and should be recognized as such.

Needs to stop the summer free program or have these kids work out when gym is quiet, say 1-4. They are rude, throwing weights, looking suspicious in locker room. Also, there is no supervision of these 14-16 yr. olds. Its not fair to paying members.

I am only giving this LOCATION a 1 star almost every planet fitness me and my husband have gone to are very professional, but the one in conway is far from it they are always closing before the times listed or not even open days its definitely supposed to be open, no one EVER and I mean ever answers the phone and when they are open if you have any questions no one has the answer you have to figure it out. Im sorry but I think its unethical unprofessional and just down right wrong when a place showes 24/7 it should be open at any time but no instead I have to go way outta my way to go to carolina forest!! Everything is great at the locations I go to (Little River PF and Conway PF) BUT it’s the fans! I love going to gym to get a well deserved workout but whenever I’m on the treadmills or the ellipticals the fans are somewhat on full blast spinning and I LOVE to sweat cause it motivates me to go harder but trying to sweat and feeling the cool breeze on me just ain’t working and then I feel my workout on either machines was just a waste of time. I don’t mind the fans but can they tone it down a bit? Just saying…

Don't know if these ever really get looked at but I was very impressed when an employee helped with an awkward situation, and she handled it very well. I would bet my life that many of the other employees, although they are nice, would not have dealt with the problem because it would involve enforcing a rule and they would not be comfortable with that. But obviously, the massage chairs are for relaxing, not listening to people talk loudly on cellphones or play video games or music. Signs are posted that cellphone use is for the lobby only. Some members do not respect that. I went back to relax in one of the chairs and the woman next to me was jabbering quiet loudly on her cellphone. I went out and asked the employee to move me to something else because I couldn't relax having to listen to someone's loud conversation. She said "No no, you don't have to move, I will handle it." and she handled it VERY respectfully, and when I was leaving, the member was up at the counter yelling at the employee and complaining about it and she remained very calm and professional, while STILL ENFORCING THE RULE. That is needed because otherwise you have a free for all. I didn't catch her name, but it was about ten to 6 on a Sunday evening, she was a nice looking young lady with blond hair. Hope to get to thank her next time I'm there. We need more like her there. She is always professional but tonight she was especially helpful. It helps very much when things like that are handled because then you don't feel you are at the mercy of people who are acting inappropriately.

The reason I'm GIVING a 1-star is because I just moved to this area from Johnstown, Pa n have been a PF Blackcard Member for over 10 yrs. I've visited MANY PF LOCATIONS, but this one is HORRIBLE!!!! The reason why, I like to Tan, n have been in there several times in the past 4 weeks, n actually could NOT TAN DUE TO AN HOUR OR MORE WAIT! Well, I understand waiting if someone is in the Tanning Bed, but what I DON'T UNDERSTAND IS HOW THESE PEOPLE WORKING OUT COME IN N HIT RESERVE without sitting in the Waiting Room. I've been to PFs all over this US, n I've NEVER EVER RUN INTO THIS ISSUE, until going to Conway. The other Planet Fitness places don't ALLOW THE PEOPLE IN THE WORKOUT AREA TO RESERVE the Tanning Beds, which is how it should be. THESE ARE 2 "SEPARATE" PLANS, despite that you can use both if you're a Black Card Member. These Members should either Work out, or be in the Tanning Section & WAIT IN THE WAITING ROOM LIKE THE OTHERS WHO WANT TO TAN. What this PF is doing is 💯 BULLSHIT, n like I said, I know from past experiences that this NOT HOW OTHER PFs work. The Member either works out, or they go sign in for Tanning. I lived in Virginia Beach for 2 yrs n NEVER EVER ENCOUNTERED anything like this, as well as many other places I've lived. . I'm considering contacting Corporate because what Conway PF is doing is 💯💯💯💯💯 WRONG!!! Tanning & Workout ARE 2 DIFFERENT SECTIONS... they SHOULD NOT BE INCLUDED with reservations which can be up to 2 hrs. I'm definitely going to take this complaint higher. These Members are either in there to TAN or they are there to Work Out. If they are working out, they need to stop n then go to the Tanning section and sit and WAIT LIKE THOSE WHO ARE THERE JUST TO TAN!!! I HOPE SOMEONE FROM CONWAY, SC PF CONTACTS ME!!!

I've been at Planet Fitness in Conway for years now, been through the renovation as well. And lets say this gym only keeps getting better and better ! Manager Kelli is always on her toes keeping the gym clean, the members happy, and the quipment moving. She is hapy, smiling and always personable . If there is ever a problem, she is always right on it. Planet Fitness, better yet KELLI will always keep me coming back to Planet Fitness Conway !

I have been a member for quite a while and go several times a week. I use the elliptical all the time and a few times was not able to because there are several out of order which have been broken for months. It is frustrating when I go there to use the equipment and can’t get on because the other ones are taken and the broken ones are never fixed. I also use the bike and there have been a few broken for months as well. I don’t understand why they’re not fixed.

I just had the most unpleasant conversation with your associate Blake. I was inquiring about when the tv's would be working again. There are 11 different stations and at no time when I've been there, every other day, over past 3/4 weeks have more than 5 been working. Today, only 2. The news and sports are good shows to make the time pass.
I asked him if they were going to be fixed anytime soon and his reply was, 'it's the satellites'. No Kidding. I commented that is what I was told 2 weeks ago and if they are not going to be working, I would just close my membership. His response, 'I can do that now, here'. Not exactly great customer service or concern...equipment doesn't work and associates are sarcastic and rude. Also, friendly advise, probably should take earbuds out when talking to customers.

I canceled a two year membership, previously enjoyed the area locations, until my husband and I were disrespected by Kellie, the manager. I had gone into the room several times with my husband while he tanned, holding his jewelry and wallet. Kellie knocked on the door and told me I had to leave the room. But I don't understand why the staff doesn't say anything to an older man, who never works out, but walks around the entire gym, stopping in front of women, dancing vulgar by grabbing his crotch and pointing to the women working out. But my sitting in the chair while my husband tanned was offensive enough to call out and make me leave the room. Really?

When I signed up,a month ago, no one mentioned that the tanning sessions had to be 24hours apart. When I got upset when I heard, big girl Kellie was very rude, rather than apologetic, she was a smart .... and very disrespectful. I canceled my new membership. It was upsetting to hear this, but she added insult to injury and sent staff to follow me into the bathroom. BTW, she also knocked on a closed door while I was getting ready to tan, my wife was sitting in the chair holding my jewelry and money, as several times before and when I opened the door, she told my wife that she had to leave the room. My wife canceled a two year membership immediately, and I canceled my new membership. Her approach was negative..negative vibes.

The planet fitness in Conway was very nice and had the cryo machine as well as their tanning booths. Have red light therapy in them as well. The only problem I could say with this planet fitness is it could have been a little more cleaner within the booths, but other than that it's a wonderful place
