We really enjoy this location. The staff and faculty. We are upset that you advertise 24/7 which is what we need, but are not open 24/7 on Saturday, Sunday, or Monday. This makes us have to cut our workout time down. I feel like you need to get back to the pre pandemic schedule, or change branding because planet fitness is 24/7.

Get those fans moving - you got slow mow and it may be cool outside but sweat has a smell and it smells like sweat… you got very little breeze here … probably better off with 3 ceiling fans here. Not enough baskets with spray and paper towels. and Women’s bathrooms that flush before women get off to wipe - Then there’s no ability to flush .. I walk into stalls that aren’t flushed and I know why.

i’m gonna visit all of them and so far Easley is by far the best, but I have a few more to go to

Planet Fitness of Greer, SC is a clean, safe, and pleasant gym to work out in! Plenty of machines to work out on and no waiting for elipticals, bikes, and stair masters. I love this place! It's nice to see high school kids, young adults, adults and the elderly all working out in the same place!

Overall the gym is great. My biggest complaint is a group of 3-4 gentlemen who are there between 530-630 every morning who have zero respect and thoughts for others in the gym. They are loud and completely oblivious that the rest of us dont want to hear their conversations yelling across the gym. I wear NC headphones and still cannot drown them out. Honestly it makes the entire morning work out a bad experience.

Please ask the group to have a little consideration for others and not act like they own the gym. It is very annoying.

I’ve been working with Shy, the trainer, since I joined the end of April. He plans my workouts and rotates exercises to keep it interesting. He’s encouraging and pushes me to do better. The other staff members are friendly. I enjoy using the hydro massage and total body enhancement.

A very small planet fitness location. Much of the facility feels cramped and can get extremely busy through the afternoon/evening. I have left this location early before finishing my workout due to the crowds. So, I avoid this location if I can't get here early enough in the day, but this is true for me for all PF facilities in the area. Most of the machines were in decent shape. Some machines definitely show their age, as this location has a bit older equipment than other PF locations around the area. It can be quite hot and humid here in the summer. There seems to be an airflow issue within the facility, such that the air conditioning seems to blow out the front doors, which are always slightly open due to the airflow. The staff is quite friendly and helpful. Overall, not a bad place to exercise. I will return here again.

Planet Fitness has been a terrible experience from start to finish. The equipment is always broken or dirty, the locker rooms are filthy and smell horrible, and the staff seem completely uninterested in helping members.

On top of that, they make canceling your membership nearly impossible. I canceled in person, was told everything was taken care of — and now, a year later, I find out they kept charging me without permission. When I called to fix it, they basically shrugged and said there was nothing they could do. No refund, no apology.

It’s clear they only care about getting your money, not about providing a clean, trustworthy, or professional environment. Save yourself the headache and join a real gym that respects its members.

I would give zero stars if I could. I went in person over a year ago to cancel my Planet Fitness membership, and was told at the front desk that it was successfully canceled. Fast forward to today — I just found out they never actually canceled it and have been charging me ever since. When I contacted them, they admitted they couldn't offer a refund for the months they continued billing me.

This feels incredibly dishonest and like a scam. I trusted their staff to handle the cancellation properly, and now I'm out hundreds of dollars for a service I never used. If you plan to cancel with Planet Fitness, be extremely careful — get everything in writing and follow up multiple times, or they may continue charging you without your knowledge.

Disappointing and unprofessional experience. I will never return to Planet Fitness and strongly recommend others think twice before signing up.

I am excited about working out again. And they have lots of equipment and enough showers. But as far as trainers there doesn't seem to be enough. I scheduled an appointment by phone with the manager to work with a trainer which they say is free but, either he forgot or they really don't want to do that. If you are a conservative as I am don't get on the treadmill or elliptical in front of the 2 tv's with the lying msnbc on or you might blow a gasket. The alternative media is only local. So I just watch the drone TV which shows people skiing, snowboarding, and surfing and other cool activities.

I have been a member now for about a month. I really like it. The people are very nice there and they got a lot of good equipment. I like how they have it section off for abs 30 minute Workout and weight section I also like the fact that they got good tanning beds and they also have good massage chairs. The main thing is it’s a very comfortable place to work out at. I really enjoy it.

Use to be a good gym. Been there since they opened. Since the 1st keep getting harassed by people even my daughter. I made effort for them to fix it but never got a phone call. Today a guy with huge gut and no chest told me I was benching wrong. And I’m not judging. I told the managers there. They didn’t care a blew it off. I’ve been lifting for 30 years. This is the second time I gave this gym a chance and once again it was a big fail. Planet fitness never has any trainers for there so called classes. The reason I went with this gym and chose the black card was to be able to sign up for classes. I need to learn how to properly use the equipment and wanted a program designed for me. It kind of feels like false advertising to me! Now I'm am just in a gym clueless and embarrassed because I have no idea as to what I am doing and people are so easily annoyed when you take to long because your trying to figure it out. The 30 min fitness is supposed to be only for those doing the 30 minute workout but it is always full of people sitting on the machines on their phone or doing reps so you can't work out I went to the supposed manager who was too afraid of confrontation to do anything she told me she would talk to them when they left my response how do you know who to talk to if you don't go back there,that is when she told me maybe I should work out late at night when nobody is therewould be a great gym is manager wasn't worthless

This is the 2nd time I’ve joined planet fitness the first time I joined it started off pretty good doing the 30 minute workout in that area and then it got overcrowded with people not doing the 30 minute workout. They just come in to use it and take up the space and where you could not do your 30 minute workout. So I quit the gym. Now 1year later management said it was better now!!! But after a week of being back it’s the same way!!!! And management doesn’t care…
