Staff is great. Constantly cleaning and picking up after the few slobs that are too rude to pick up after themselves. Can't blame PF cuz those types of people are everywhere. Very happy with my experience here.

I was very much assaulted and threatened by the manager Stephanie at this facility… I have been charged multiple times to my card for fees and I haven’t been going to the gym in a year … she refused to give me my money back ! And lied and said it’s nothing I can do about cancellation process I will be suing this gym for compensation! Filthy Gym rude employees ! I called multiple times to cancel my gym membership and Stephanie the manager hung up in my face !

Bad customer service. I scanned in and was greeted (but then forgot my ear buds in my car) and had to go out and come back in and they acted like they never saw me before and asked me to scan in again.

Not that big of a deal (but it was slow) and the manager said that I wasn’t allowed to share my Christian faith with the people who work there. I thought this place was supposed to be the judgement free zone.

Ok, so no big deal, right? But then this woman (who is the manager) told me that that particular Planet Fitness was “her gym”. What sort of attitude is that to have with a good paying customer. My wife quit her membership immediately (that same day).

I was a regular from the day this gym first opened (until now) and this woman manager has only been there a few months. Horrible experience and very bad customer service by the manager no less!!

Love it here! First time working out in a long time due to some injuries and the manager, Miss Stephanie (I hope I spelled that correctly) was AMAZING. She gave me a great proper tour and the best explanations I could ask for. Miss Shayla also gave me the orientation class and she was just as amazing! Employees are super friendly and helpful, it’s definitely relieved my anxiety of working out alone! I just wish it was 24 hours everyday! Super clean and super informative, definitely happy with my membership! (oh and this is one of the last gyms w the 30 minute circuit if you were looking for it!)

This gym started out great. It has a good variety of new equipment that is superior to the older gyms in the area. We had no problems whatsoever until recently. It seems there was a change of management, and the current manager is very hostile toward members. She has zero customer service skills.

Let’s share some positive reviews for Planet Fitness on Ashley Phosphate road! My experience was nothing but excellent even when I called the evening before to ask some questions, the guy who answered the phone was very helpful and super friendly. The next day, the reception I received at the front desk was a warm welcome with a smile and offer to show me around the gym!! She gave me a free day pass which I took advantage of! The gym was brand new equipment and sparkling clean! It was a great atmosphere and one I wanted to work out in so I joined the next day!! Check it out for yourself! I’m glad I did!!

Beautiful gym! Lots of equipment and all new! I was impressed with the number of duplicate equipment, so you shouldn't have to wait long or at all.
Only scoring a 3 simply because the 30 minute zone isn't monitored for people who want to utilize it for what it's intended (even though the signage says it is).
Tonight in my single 30 minutes, there were 2 different guys and a group of 4 girls simply using it for the workout equipment and conversation. Taking brakes on the same machine/ checking phones/ chatting. I don't mind it in the main gym because there are a Lot of machines, but the 30 minutes area is for people trying to get in and out. Already it's being abused and used as a hangout spot.

This planet fitness is definitely impressive! My husband and I came in to check the gym out and were helped by Nathan! I put him on the spot a bit by asking for a tour of the facility and he willingly did it! At the end of the tour informed us that was his first one and was a new employee and we were both so thankful for his professionalism and willingness to help! The facility is super clean and provided a comfortable, happy workout environment. We signed up by the end of our session and love our new space!

Great gym but the water from the Elkay EZH2O fountain tastes disgusting. Most fountains have a filter light but that one doesn’t and it shows. If this is fixed I will up to five stars.

Best Planet Fitness yet layout is a bit different from the others and very clean . Super convenient as well as their Spacious layout hopefully it stays in brand new condition for a long time not just bc it's a new facility

I understand that new locations with new staff often have many kinks to work out. But on my last visit to this location, EVERY paper towel dispenser I could find was empty. And I mean all five that I could locate. I went to the front desk, where there were two women standing and asked if they had any paper towels I could use. One of them waved off at the opposite side of the gym and just said, "There's probably some in that one over there," and then turned back and started chatting with the other employee again. I eventually had to get paper towels from the bathroom in order to clean my machine. When I was leaving 20 minutes later, neither employee had moved from their spot, despite having no customers they were helping, and the paper towels all remained unfilled. If I gyms policy is that machines have to be wiped down after each use, adequate supplies should be present.
