This is a new planet fitness. Everything about it is polished and sparkles.
The facility is very large and has at least two of every machine. I've had no problem using what I wanted when I want it.
Their black card editions are also brand new and very up-to-date. I have only had to wait for some of offerings one time. Staff has been very helpful every time I've been there.

People are friendly, and the facility is clean and well maintained. My last club (not a PF) was very clean and well maintained for a long time, not it is not so much anymore. I was skeptical about going planet fitness, but I am very glad I did!

Love the new place but 1 question do yall really open at 12am on Mondays (that's what is listed on yalls site) most of yalls locations open at 5 or 6am on Mondays..???

Edit .....just so yall know they do not open till 5am on mondays..( writing this while standing in the parking lot waiting for them to open ) have good training PF family

Ive been going to the planet fitness off of 78 for years. I decided to try the new facility off of college park road and what a mistake that was. My debit and credit cards were stolen from my LOCKED LOCKER and when I notified the staff they couldn't give two shits. The guy hasn't been caught yet but they dont care cause they have the policy that ''They're not responsible for items that are stolen'' even though my locker was locked. I will never go there again and I hope other take this as a warning to not give them your business either.

Fitness equipment is beautiful. Everything you need is there. Tanning beds on the other hand are useless. I've tried every machine they have, and none of them gave me even the slightest bit of color. Complete waste of time. Disappointed.

If you're hoping to actually work out here, bring earplugs, a prayer, and maybe a backup gym plan.

I recently visited while in the area, and I have one burning question: has the person in charge of the music ever had their hearing tested? Or are they just trying to rupture eardrums for sport? I had noise-cancelling headphones and my own playlist blasting, and I could still hear the gym’s music pounding over it like a bad nightclub that’s lost all sense of self.

Another gym-goer politely asked for the volume to be turned down (bless them), and the staff obliged - barely. The music was still at a level that would make a construction site seem tranquil. According to someone else there, this isn't a one-off. Apparently, it's the norm. Which begs the question: are we lifting weights or attending an involuntary rave?

I'm here to focus, not be sonically assaulted. I’m sure the DJ booth vibes are strong behind the front desk, but unless you’re handing out glow sticks and Red Bulls with every dumbbell, TURN THE DAMN MUSIC DOWN.

I understand that you only have one cryolounge chair in the club. However, when I signed in, a member came out and immediately went back in. The PF staff member (Lindsay) informed me that she had already signed up.

My concern is that this is not fair to other members who are waiting. It seems like the staff is allowing members to use the chair consecutively, which is not a fair practice.
A highly recommended gym in the vicinity. However, I would suggest wearing earplugs due to the excessive volume of the music.

This brand new Planet Fitness is very nice and the girl at the front desk was very help and gave my friend and I a tour. I was considering joining until I noticed the sign outside of the Women's Locker Room stating that Planet Fitness has a gender identity non-discrimination policy that allows members to use locker rooms and other facilities based on their self-reported gender identity. This means that transgender and nonbinary individuals can use the locker room that aligns with their gender identity. Planet Fitness also states that they will not turn away members or employees based on their gender identity. This is the sole reason I will not be joining Planet Fitness. I would not feel comfortable or safe using the locker room with this current policy in place. If this policy changes, I would consider joining and tell all my friends!

I came to the gym, got here at 4:40 am. Website clearly is WRONG since I called because I saw staff inside and she let me know they are not 24 hours. They will open at 5 with 7 cars waiting!

I would give a 0 star but the gym is brand new I went to this gym for the first time and the lady a white lady she didn’t even welcome me ! The other guy was so nice and polite while she ignored me the entire time ! The gym is nice and clean but she needs to be trained.
