This place is awesome! They have all the equipment needed to get an effective workout. I’m away from my hometown on business and they gave me a week long pass which was perfect for me. Our family loves this gym. The trainers are super friendly. I like that you can do your own thing or get sessions from any of the very qualified trainers there. My 16 year old daughter, 14 year old son, and myself always feel safe there. Never had any issues with anyone. The equipment is well maintained and there’s lot to choose from for any fitness goal you have. My son said the men’s bathroom is clean and large. The women’s bathroom is huge with plenty of room for shower, dressing, and there’s locker storage if needed. My 14 year old son plays football and is trying to gain muscle and weight in a healthy way. He has so much confidence now with the encouragement he gets from everyone there especially twi of the trainers Justin and Ike. This gym is definitely the best we have been part of and look forward to reaching and maintaining our goal in the future.

Recently moved to the area from Utah. Found this place, called and spoke with Andy. Very cool guy! Gym has a lot of good equipment, so I drive about 13 miles past a few other gyms to work out here daily. Only thing missing is a good pull up bar to do my muscle ups on. 🙏 (plenty of pull up bars for regular pull ups though)

Love this gym! I live in Charlotte but my parents live in Greer and this is always my go to spot to workout. Wes, Andy, Justin and Ike are all so friendly and helpful, machines are clean and well kept, and it has everything you’d want for a great workout. I’ve been a member for almost a year and can’t recommend Powerhouse enough. The staff is very friendly and professional. The trainers have always been helpful with any questions I have. The place also always looks clean. I’ve been a member of 3 different gyms over the last 25 years and powerhouse is by far, the best one.

This gym has a convenient location. They have all the equipment needed to get a complete workout. Hours are great. Well I have to say this is the Best Gym in town. The staff is so awesome and encouraging. My husband and I decided to make some life changing decisions concerning health and wellness and teamed up with a personal trainer There Monique. She is awesome, she kicks our butt every workout but we love it. Stay tuned because this Is a work in progress. ❤️💪💪💪💪💪❤️

No front desk staff, the bathrooms always smell, soap towel have been broken for the last couple of months, some equipment is broken. None of the staff ever organizes the wieghts, I have yet to see a single staff member wipe down a single surface. Its a hassle to cancel your membership.

The management of Powerhouse Gym is inconsiderate and incredibly disrespectful. I witness the manager harass a guest to the point of them walking out of the gym. Not only that, but the gym is filthy and cluttered. The equipment will leave your hands black with grime, and there is very little space between machines making it impossible to load weights. I will not be returning to Powerhouse Gym, worst gym I have ever been to.

Could not join a worse gym. Gym is very out of date with very unsanitary environment. I joined for 3 months and regret it. The owner is beyond rude. One morning I went in and he spent the 45 minutes that I had trying to key in my information (info they already had on the first form I filled out). To top everything off I called in and the owner hung up on me because I was leaving. He tried to call me back 7 times on one number and switched to another number. He then called me 4 times from a second number, so I answered. He acted like nothing happened and by the end of the call hung up again. Beyond rude and terrible owner. Only upside to the gym is Ike and the other personal trainers being nice.

I absolutely love this gym. The transition from the Y in Simpsonville to here has been one of the best decisions I've made in my personal journey to being the best I can be. The Y was good for me for a long while, but for my goals in this particular moment in my life, I think Powerhouse is more suited for me. I can tell Powerhouse uses real weights. A 50 lb dumbbell at the Y feels a lot lighter than a 50 lb dumbbell here. I hope achieve my goals here at Powerhouse!

Great gym. I just came from a larger gym and in a lot of ways I prefer this smaller setting. Sure, they don't have 8 bench presses and 5 leg press machines but that doesn't get in the way of my workout too often. Sometimes a couple of bros just hang around a set of machines which I could do without. Staff is nice and the place always seems pretty clean to me. Men's bathroom is very tidy. I do wish that more people would properly re-rack their weights and return platforms, ect. when they're done with them so everyone else knows they're done. You get that everywhere though. I plan to renew my membership when it runs out.
