We have been working with Liz since November 2024 and I've made great progress. I feel much better in my daily routines and have a lot more energy. My goal is to lose approx 15 more pounds and continue to reduce my BMI and maintain a healthier lifestyle.
I appreciate Liz making me be accountable to show up at my scheduled 5:30 am sessions along with my nutrition log.
I chose Liz as my personal trainer due to her personal weight struggles as a teenager knowing she could relate and push me to meet my goals! Liz can get you to where you want and need to be too... but, you have to take the first step in wanting to make a change to get healthier...then conatct LIZ!

Shortly after I moved here, I was looking for something close to home to replace the Orange Theory workouts and yoga that I had been doing for many years. I saw a post about Pilates on the beach and that is where I met Liz. After only one class, I knew right away that she was an excellent coach and trainer and asked her about personal training. After I started training with her, and taking her TRX classes, I learned that she is not only a personal trainer, but also a personal health coach. For the last four months, she been guiding me on getting more protein in my diet, changing my eating habits, gaining strength, and improving my balance. The nutritional guidance and workout routines she has provided me with have helped me to lose 15 pounds and more than 18 inches. I have seen her train both men and women of all ages, and can highly recommend her.

Liz is very knowledgeable and is helping me to achieve my fitness goals. As a beginner she has taught me the safe and correct use of the gym equipment. Sheβs very goal-oriented and always motivates me and makes it fun. She has customized workouts that work for me and my schedule. I signed up for the 60-minute sessions hesitantly not knowing what to expect but they fly by. Not only has Liz customized a plan for me but during the hour she is constantly giving me nutrition tips, recipe suggestions and overall healthier living ideas. Sheβs the best!

I have been working with Liz now for over 2 months. I have been relatively athletic all my life, but I had never had the time to dedicate myself to a disciplined and well structured workout routine due to my career and raising/providing for my family.
Now that I am semi-retired and over 60 I found the time to hire a personal trainer. I'm not sure how I got so lucky, but I consider myself very fortunate to have found Liz because I am absolutely positive she is the best of the best in her field.
She is extremely knowledgeable in both training and nutrition aspects of her field. She has enough experience to know how to push you hard enough to improve while paying very close attention to good technique so as to avoid injuries.
I think the best thing about my workouts with Liz is her enthusiasm. She is in extremely good shape herself and has a way to make me feel good about myself and inspires me to give that extra 10% each workout, each exercise and each set. I've made a lot of progress in just a few months and I owe a lot of that to the wide variety of exercises she has exposed me to.
I have never regretted choosing Liz as my first and only personal trainer and am sincerely thankful for all her support.

I loved Liz from the moment I met her. I have worked out with Liz for a couple of years. Her depth and wealth of knowledge regarding our bodies is amazing!! Iβve had back issues for years. After some procedures, my doctor sent me to physical therapy. I knew when I ended PT I needed help to get even stronger. I found Liz, a God send! I have worked with my trainer, Liz Reighard, for just over 3 years. I will be 84 this month (Dec. 2022). I began training with Liz in Nov. 2019 to be strong enough to care for my ill husband who died in August 2020. I continued training with her hoping to build bone density (test in January) due to osteoporosis. My workout nearly always helps the osteoarthritis, a serious issue. Liz always encourages, never criticizes!! She has become a good friend and she has been and is a blessing in my life.

I have been working out with Liz to improve my overall strength and balance both in her weekly TRX class and personal training sessions. I am so pleased with my results and plan on continuing with Liz in 2020. I also have had my 87 year old Dad working out with Liz this year (twice/week) to improve his leg strength and balance. Dad can now get out of a chair without assistance and his balance has improved significantly. Liz is kind but tough in pushing Dad as he improves. I would highly recommend Liz as she is extremely knowledgeable and will tailor her training to your needs/injuries.

If you are looking for a Personal Trainer I can totally recommend Liz. I have been with Liz for about 18 months, initially to loose weight and tone up for my daughter's wedding last year, and then later she helped in my recovery from a ruptured tendon in my calf which happened playing tennis. Her vast knowledge of exercise, nutrition and general well being have been invaluable to me. Liz will find out your goals and what you want out of the experience and help you all the way.
