I’ve been training with Tom for about a year and recently started his Reaktion Series, which integrates nutrition and mindfulness alongside fitness. Over the past year, I’ve gained strength, flexibility, and an overall better quality of life. Since beginning the Reaktion Series, I’ve developed healthier habits—not just with food, but in life as a whole—and I can both see and feel the changes in my body composition.

I am incredibly happy client!!!! Referred by a friend and this is the best referral ever!!! I have been looking for a personal trainer who would push me without making me feel like a failure if I could not do the exercises. Tom is very thorough in his assessments of your total body needs and implements proper training means to facilitate and or improve issues, concern etc. since working with him, I have less pain, am a lot more mobile in my movements and can now keep up with my three year old!! He is a God send and I thoroughly enjoy working out with Tom of Kinetix!!

Working with Tom Has been a great experience, he pushes me when I want to give, he’s responsive when was I have any questions. All-around great guy. Tom is extremely good at his job making sure that every one of your expectations are met. From making sure you have a good time to keeping you motivated Tom is on it. I’ve always struggled with wanting to go to the gym rather than having to but with Tom I’m excited to go to the gym. I’ve quickly seen progress and look forward to continuing. Tom is a phenomenal, innovative with his workout plans and eager to get you to where you want to be. He helped me get my endurance and strength up. I cannot recommend Tom and Kinetix Fitness enough. Tom is that special hybrid of coach, nutritionist, and part psychologist coupled with a deep knowledge of the physiology of the muscular and skeletal systems. Tom doesn’t apply a one size fits all approach. He takes the time to really “listen” which is one of the many things I’ve come to appreciate about working with Tom. He has a clear understanding of what my goals are, what roadblocks I’m having, what programs and techniques work best for my body and designs a program for each workout specifically for me. He will even alter my program if I’m having muscular or nerve pain due to preexisting conditions.

Tom’s expertise and guidance in each of my training sessions has led to not only a considerable weight loss but I have more tone and definition overall. Tom knows just how far he can push me to get the best results. I leave our workouts feeling like I’ve climbed Everest and am sore the next day, but great results don’t come without the hard work and Tom knows the right program to achieve this.

Tom’s nutritional expertise has not only improved my diet but has given me a healthier relationship with food.

Where some clients may dread their workouts, Tom makes our training sessions, meaningful and fun and I’ve come to look forward to them. He even happily tolerates and welcomes my dog in our workouts. When you work out with Tim, you’re not only giving yourself the gift of top-notch fitness health but the gift of a trainer who will take your fitness health to a level you never thought possible.

The amount of praises I could sing about training with Tom is endless. It becomes addicting! His workouts are fun and effective. He pushes me to my limits while encouraging me every step of the way. He also focuses on imbalances in the body and utilizes corrective exercises for them, as well as giving helpful advice on nutrition and eating habits. In less than two months, I dropped 3% of my weight in body fat and gained 1% in muscle mass. I’ve even noticed a drastic increase in my overall motivation and mood. No matter your age or physical abilities, if you’re looking to smash through your health goals and have a blast doing it, Tom is your guy.

Tom is extremely knowledgable in all areas of fitness. He takes time to explain each exercise and how it affects your performance. He has a great way of easing you into a program and slowly ratcheting up the intensity.
I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to lose weight, get back into shape or to any athlete who wants to increase their level of performance.
